And at least twice a month, I come to Wavemax at this 32nd St & Greenway location to use their 60 lb washers to wash all the dog blankets, pillows and rugs and I also wash all my comforters here too! Been coming here for years, Alex was one of the first employees I got to know, super friendly & helpful! Today I came & used 5 of the 60 lb washers and I mentioned to the attendant, Crystal if anyone ever turned in a laundry card with money on it because I couldn't find mine so I had to buy a new one and load it. She checked the two cards that were turned in, and they were not mine, but she mentioned that she would call the owner to see if they could possibly retrieve the dollar amount on my old card since it was registered in my name, but did not make any guarantees. Within a few minutes, she looked for me and let me know that they are going to put the balance I had on my old card on the new card, which was to me a substantial amount! Crystal is really nice & also helpful. This place is clean, the bathroom can only be opened by an employee and it is very clean and every time I've come the staff are always nice! And I love the fact that it's next-door to a Food city in case you're hungry and want to go get something from their deli! LOL!! If you got a lot to wash and not a lot of time, this is the place to come! Their dryers only take 20 minutes and they dry super excellent! And if your card is registered to your name and phone number, it actually alerts you when a washer and dryer is done! I love it!! She helped me out to my car with my two bags of finished laundry because my hands were full with my toddler and then refused a tip when I offered it. I usually send them out but decided to take all of our comforters in for the big washers next Saturday morning.

She INSISTED I put too much soap in the front load washer. I put a quarter of soap. The soap would continue to come out because the door locked but doesn't shut all the way so everything comes spewing out. I cleaned it up kindly multiple times and she yelled at me no, saying I was wasting their resources. I offered to mop it and she told me no she would do it all the while huffing and puffing and complaining about me to anyone who would listen. There are signs that say no blankets in top load washer because they have agitators. So I put it in the front loading washer and I still got chewed out saying "there's signs all over." After I told her this was a front loader she continued to glare at me and did the whole entire time.
