I hesitate to write a poor review unless a company repeatedly has problems, but unfortunately, that…read morehas been our experience with Western Laundry & Dry Cleaning at 1046 Willow Creek Road, Suite 103. We have used this business several times and have experienced several significant mishaps. On one occasion, my husband's shirts were lost and never found. We have also had other problems with our laundry and dry-cleaning orders. Our most recent experience was especially frustrating. We dropped off our dry cleaning and laundry on September 4, 2026, and were told it would be ready by Friday, September 11. My husband specifically explained that we were traveling and needed the clothing as soon as possible. When we went to pick up our order on Friday, we were told that it was not back yet and that someone would call us when it arrived. No one called. This is particularly frustrating because we have experienced the same lack of communication before when my husband's shirts were lost. I called this morning to find out what was happening with our order. The manager told me that our clothing had not even been turned in to be dry cleaned and pressed. At this point, we feel this is completely unacceptable. Mistakes can happen in any business, but when there are repeated problems, lost clothing, missed deadlines, and a lack of communication, it becomes very difficult to continue trusting the company with our clothes. Unfortunately, Prescott seems to have very limited options for dry cleaning, and our experiences so far have not been stellar. For those of you in Prescott, does anyone have a dry cleaner you would genuinely recommend? We would really appreciate your suggestions!

She INSISTED I put too much soap in the front load washer. I put a quarter of soap. The soap would continue to come out because the door locked but doesn't shut all the way so everything comes spewing out. I cleaned it up kindly multiple times and she yelled at me no, saying I was wasting their resources. I offered to mop it and she told me no she would do it all the while huffing and puffing and complaining about me to anyone who would listen. There are signs that say no blankets in top load washer because they have agitators. So I put it in the front loading washer and I still got chewed out saying "there's signs all over." After I told her this was a front loader she continued to glare at me and did the whole entire time. She needs an attitude adjustment - you have no idea what people are going through when you talk to them like that
