This is great a drive through cleaners. They did a great job on some of my Tommy Bahamas shirts and jacket. The staff is friendly and courteous. They even did a second try to remove some of the marks or stains. Many thanks to the staff for doing more than what was expect I consider the value to be commensurate with the quality. Will definitely return when here on the mainland. They did exactly what was asked and the price was what was quoted. The service requested was completed in an excellent manner. The drive through is way to easy but they can get busy at times. They are conveniently located and d have a small parking lot. read more

If you want to leave with your clothes in shreds, this is the place for you! Completely destroyed my dress. So disappointed with how this was handled. Wasn't even informed of the damages. I drove all the way from cottonwood because the only cleaners there aren't up to my standards and the girl at the front kept rolling her eyes up and looking at the other client behind me showing how annoyed she was at my request of an itemized receipt of what I was dropping off, she could not understand why I wanted that, she was not putting the items I was leaving in the system before I left and I was worried it would get mixed up accidentally with other garments as I had a situation in the past where they didn't return what I dropped off at another cleaners, I obviously picked up what I was going to drop off and left, there are many dry cleaners to have to deal with this kind customer service. I called to get her name for this review she would not give it to me so I asked for the owner and he said he was not going to give me her name either and instead of apologizing for what happened excused her behavior which explains why this happens in this location. My advice would be to go elsewhere where they value customers more than this business does. read more

We've been going to this Cleaner for 2 and 1/2 years ~ for the most part during that time, there's been no issues, good service. However, within the last month, they've "lost" two of my Husbands very nice Tommy Bahama shirts. No one there seems to know what happened to them.(??) The order we picked up was a large prepaid order. When the employee asked for the phone # associated with the order, it couldn't be found in their system (?) yet we gave them our # when we first started going there.... We've been in touch with them several times about this, but nobody has ever gotten back to us. When I went back once to talk to them in person I just got the runaround about needing to "bring in my receipt". (I've never needed to keep receipts as we've always gotten everything back that we've turned in) However, the way we've been treated with regards to the 2 missing shirts has caused a sour attitude in us toward their service. I asked one of the employees if she could look through their copies of receipts and get back to us, but, once again, no follow up call. I'm not suggesting that they would be so careless as to lose 2 shirts, but neither do we appreciate them making it sound as though we aren't being truthful. If we wanted to be unethical regarding this, even if I had brought in the receipt, I could have still said that "two of the shirts were missing"...... So, we seem to be at an impasse and it looks like we're just out 2 shirts..... Not sure what to do from here; we've left a message for the owner to please get back to us. Lastly, it's not our inteintention to lose customers for this business, we would just like to have some kind of reasonable resolution regarding this matter. read more

BUYER BEWARE. In the past, my hubby and I used Artisan Cleaners on Iron Springs Road for our dry cleaning needs. Steve was wonderful! Unfortunately, Artisan closed when he retired. Recently we decided to give Village Cleaners on Fair Street across from Fry's a try. HUGE MISTAKE. We gave them two tablecloths. The job was done correctly and they look nice but the cost put me in shock. Village Cleaners charged me $62.00. If I had not been stunned -- and had my thinking cap on -- I would have told them to keep them. I can get brand new tablecloths at Tuesday Morning, Target or TJ Maxx for about $20 each. read more

Took my duvet to Village Cleaners in April and got it cleaned. It had a two week turn around, which isn't surprising with how few dry cleaners there are, and it cost me $45. I am very happy with the service and my clean duvet. Will continue to use this business for my dry cleaning needs. read more

My husband and I have a need for cleaning on a regular basis and have used this place for a couple of years now, but not after this experience. Typically the work is done well and this review is more about a lack of customer service and the attitudes received. I dropped off clothes for my husband early in morning and was told they'd want done after 3 the next day. When I came to pick them up at 4 the next day they were not done and was told the other person had "totally spaced it". Then when I asked what we were going to do about it as he needed them to go out of town with the next day I was told it "wasn't my fault". Were we upset? Yes. But respectfully so. We own our own business and understand fully how far customer service goes. And this is not the first time this has happened here. The first time we got the same attitude but chalked it up to an isolated event. Well apparently not. But what can we expect from a business run by young people and no owner present. And yes I've asked for an owner and always been told they are unavailable. So I guess it comes down to take your chances but hope nothing goes wrong cuz they won't know how to address it. read more
