I am more than grateful to have found Emma because she took special care of my dress and did a perfect job. Not only am I thankful for her excellent work, I loved that she was in Prescott. I was dreading having to drive down to the Phoenix area as I was on a time crunch and didn't have time to drop off, go back for a fitting, and pick up. She communicated well, was super sweet and gave me privacy while it got into my dress. She helped zip me up before pinning the hem. She also gave me her professional opinion on what would look best. I was unsure if I only needed a hem in the front or if it was needed to hem all around. I let her know I wanted to keep the train long. She advised that all around would look best for proportions and the train will not be affected much in length. Putting full trust in her I left my wedding dress and let her do her magic. She let me know when she started to work on it and when it was ready. We did a fitting incase there were any adjusted that needed attention. It was perfect!! My dress was not a one layer floor gown. It was an A Line that had about 5-6 layers of glitter tulle. They lined up nicely and flowed flawlessly. She took care of my dress and there were no issues at all. After the fitting she helped place it safely into the garment bag. I thanked her for her excellent work, her kindness and care of my wedding dress. Her pricing is fair for the work she had to do. We have used this business several times and have experienced several significant mishaps. On one occasion, my husband's shirts were lost and never found. We have also had other problems with our laundry and dry-cleaning orders. Our most recent experience was especially frustrating. We dropped off our dry cleaning and laundry on September 4, 2026, and were told it would be ready by Friday, September 11. My husband specifically explained that we were traveling and needed the clothing as soon as possible. When we went to pick up our order on Friday, we were told that it was not back yet and that someone would call us when it arrived. No one called. This is particularly frustrating because we have experienced the same lack of communication before when my husband's shirts were lost. I called this morning to find out what was happening with our order. The manager told me that our clothing had not even been turned in to be dry cleaned and pressed. At this point, we feel this is completely unacceptable. Mistakes can happen in any business, but when there are repeated problems, lost clothing, missed deadlines, and a lack of communication, it becomes very difficult to continue trusting the company with our clothes. Unfortunately, Prescott seems to have very limited options for dry cleaning, and our experiences so far have not been stellar. For those of you in Prescott, does anyone have a dry cleaner you would genuinely recommend? We would really appreciate your suggestions!

I chose this place because it was open later (than the shoe repair that was closer to me that closed at noon) and it would give me a chance to get transportation there. I was here from out of town. Hours listed 9-3p. I sent a reply saying I would be there by 11a. There was no response to my 2nd message. I got ready and was there a little after 9a. The lights were on, but curtains were not open. I knocked and the door was locked. I called the number and explained that I had sent a message and was here and the doors were locked. So I was told, "I thought I told you, I was closed until Tuesday!" No where in any of the communication, did he say that! No apology...what it felt like...because the lights were on...that he saw me and decided he wasn't open! In any event, I drove back to the shoe repair that was closest and he did it in 15 mins for $25 cheaper! If I could give 0 stars I would...do better sir! Our clothes were done before the date they expected & Angie left me a voicemail letting me know. There is also a laundromat inside the same building with the laundromat. It looked very nice & clean & now I know where I'll be going if our washer or dryer breaks down! Most laundromats are dumpy & scary but having someone working the dry cleaner right there wpuld make me feel much safer.

I asked if there was another laundromat close by I was told that All-Star was close by, but they would not recommend them. Well, I would highly recommend All-Star since they stay open later and I was actually able to get my clothes washed. Haven't been to a laundromat in a very long time but my experience with clean and fluffy was disappointing. I made it to All-Star and was able to get my clothes washed and dried before six.

Drove to Prescott Valley to a closed shop despite the email response that he could do the work and it would take an hour. I rushed there after getting transportation. I get there, doors are locked but lights are on, I call and am told he is closed until Tuesday! No apologies for wrong info! So I call this place, rush there because he closes at noon! Grateful that he was able to do the work, he was kind and told me about the wonderful donut shop next door! That's exactly where I went while waiting for the repair!
