Terrible customer service. They know how to ruin clothes and they DO NOT take responsibility for what they did. Owner doesn't return calls. my white skirt is DONE, it's now white anymore grey stains all over and skirt is grey. I refused to take it and definitely as you come to pick up you pay first. I needed an outfit dry cleaned for a funeral asap a few months ago. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I was so thankful they went above and beyond. Probably the most unprofessional, and probably even the rudest people I have ever had to deal with when it came to getting some jeans hemmed. I was assured a week ago when I dropped off my jeans that I would get them 5 days after bringing them in. That is the only reason why I brought my jeans to this Colt cleaners because I need them for a trip that I am going on this week. I dropped them off last Monday and I was expecting a call either that Friday or even Saturday. Nothing. I went by on Saturday and they were closed. So I called this Monday (1/23/17), because it had been exactly 7 days since I dropped off my pants. The lady that answered the phone was rude and disrespectful. I asked her if my pants had came in because I was told they would be there by last Friday. She lets out a long sigh as if it's too much of a bother to check on my clothing, and asks what my name is. I tell her and she rudely snaps back and tells me "I don't know when they'll be here, I don't know how far along they are, and I don't know if they're done!" And I said well I was suppose to get them last week and she's replies with "Well they're not in so I don't know!" She asked me if they have my phone number and what is written on my ticket, and I told her they have my number, and it says "will call" on my ticket, but I just wanted to check on the progress. She rudely says "Well if it says 'will call' then we'll call you! Okay?!" I just said fine and hung up. I picked up my pants today (1/24/17), when I went to pay, my card was charged twice, and the lady acted like she had no idea what she was doing. My jeans seem to be fine, but the attitude that was thrown at me was enough for me to say never again. If I had the option to put 0/5 stars I definitely would. I will definitely be finding someone else to take care of my dry cleaning and altering needs. read more

i took my coat in for dry cleaning/wash and press, when i went to pick it up 3 days after it was to be ready; they brought it to me with the buttons all missing and the coat had not been pressed, they stated that during dry cleaning the buttons came off. I was extremely upset at the fact that they did not give me a call to come in and see what we could do about the issue sine i was going to be leaving the state and needed the coat. the guy said that they are not responsible for buttons but could not show me the policies they had in place for such issue, i asked him why he couldn't have given me a call to come in and resolve this issue early in the week he stated that he does not do businesses in that way. he began to raise his voice and i too as it was my coat that was ruined. we came to an agreement that he would replace the buttons with the same or equal value, when i got to the cleaners today 10-29-14 the buttons looked like they came from an old coat they has scratches all over and did not even look anything like the once befor. I took my coat and began to leave the store as i assumed that they would not charge me for something they ruined!!! He stormed out side yelling at me and called me a ***** and i had to pay for his service, i asked told him that it was crazy after they ruined my coat so he asked for his buttons back, i had to take them off as carefully as i could not to make holes on the coat which i failed at now my coat had quarter size hold where the buttons where. he stood in front of my car and told me to " ***** have a good day little ***** and flipped me off with both hands. horrible business and the most rude person i have ever in my whole life encountered. read more

Very disappointed in cleaning of draperies. Paid a lot did not get them pressed because the machine was not big enough. Should have said that in the first place.That was why I was getting them professionally cleaned in the first place. Guess that might be why you do not belong to the dry cleaners institute. Also not ready when they said it would be. read more
