She INSISTED I put too much soap in the front load washer. I put a quarter of soap. The soap would continue to come out because the door locked but doesn't shut all the way so everything comes spewing out. I offered to mop it and she told me no she would do it all the while huffing and puffing and complaining about me to anyone who would listen. There are signs that say no blankets in top load washer because they have agitators. So I put it in the front loading washer and I still got chewed out saying "there's signs all over." After I told her this was a front loader she continued to glare at me and did the whole entire time. We have used this business several times and have experienced several significant mishaps. On one occasion, my husband's shirts were lost and never found. We have also had other problems with our laundry and dry-cleaning orders. Our most recent experience was especially frustrating. We dropped off our dry cleaning and laundry on September 4, 2026, and were told it would be ready by Friday, September 11. My husband specifically explained that we were traveling and needed the clothing as soon as possible. When we went to pick up our order on Friday, we were told that it was not back yet and that someone would call us when it arrived. No one called. This is particularly frustrating because we have experienced the same lack of communication before when my husband's shirts were lost. I called this morning to find out what was happening with our order. The manager told me that our clothing had not even been turned in to be dry cleaned and pressed. At this point, we feel this is completely unacceptable. Mistakes can happen in any business, but when there are repeated problems, lost clothing, missed deadlines, and a lack of communication, it becomes very difficult to continue trusting the company with our clothes. Unfortunately, Prescott seems to have very limited options for dry cleaning, and our experiences so far have not been stellar. For those of you in Prescott, does anyone have a dry cleaner you would genuinely recommend? We would really appreciate your suggestions!

I have to say of all the laundromats I've ever been in (granted it's not that many-this might be the 5th) this one is by far the most pleasant. So they have a laundry service here as well. Which means they have employees present in the building. I have never seen that before. But it did make me feel safer & they were willing to answer questions & they were very friendly & helpful. I knocked one star off because they could definitely use more signage explaining how to use things. There were some odd quirks to the machines & she did reimburse us due to that but signage would be more helpful to prevent those mistakes in the first place.

Even with the few available machines two broke while I was there. They had to haul a man's wet dripping clothes to another area to find an operable machine and one dryer broke while the mom with her two kids was patiently waiting to dry get clothes. She waited quite awhile for a machine to finally become available. She loaded her clothes and within minutes that machine broke too. One of the dryers was so filthy. It had twigs, grass, dirt, and dry crushed leaves in the filter and the dryer itself. I went to use the cart to get my clothes out of the dryer and the cart fell over. The wheel was broken on the cart. Do not go here. It's the worst I've ever seen in laundry facilities.

The woman attendant was so nice and went above and beyond. I was in on a very busy Saturday morning but I was assisted with every aspect of my chore. I was given stain removal advice and she offered to put my load into the dryer if I was not back from Safeway when the wash ended. She helped me out to my car with my two bags of finished laundry because my hands were full with my toddler and then refused a tip when I offered it. I usually send them out but decided to take all of our comforters in for the big washers next Saturday morning.
