I have truly never received such poor customer service at any other store, but this location is absolutely awful. Employees seem to have zero decency to even say "hello, welcome in, thank you, etc." I walked in today to process returns for Amazon, and the two female employees were dead silent. I made multiple attempts to speak to the woman who helped me (just saying thank you, how's your day going, very basic things) and I've never been so blatantly ignored in my life. I understand people have bad days but I cannot emphasize enough how terrible the service is here. Bare-minimum would be an overstatement. The world is tough enough as is. Worst customer service I've experienced at UPS, ever. When I got to the front of the line, clerk says, "Over here". No hello, no welcome, no smile, no eye contact. I asked for shipping options on a small book. As I spoke she WALKED AWAY and talked to her coworker. Went around the back. wth. Came back, still never made eye contact, grabbed my book, put it in a box and on the scale and was wrapping the book with packing when I said Wait a minute, is that a flat rate box or ? Never looks at me. Says no. Nothing else. I ask How much is it then? $!4-something. I said again Im looking for OPTIONS. She says it's this or take it in an envelope to USPS. Says So you want this or not? RUDE! I said never mind, you seem much to busy to help. She walked away and went in back. Asked her coworker what the first clerk's name is, this clerk looks at me and doesn't answer. I said to the other clerk You don't know her name?? She points to some flowers with a delivery name instead of just telling me. Name is Maire. I walked out. will never use this location again. I have been going to this store for many years because it is closest . I only go once or twice per year so I have tolerated the truly negative attitudes of the two women who work there. No more. I was the only customer there who needed simple shipping advice and knowing their past attitude I approached everything in the cheeriest, smiling, congenial manner that I could. It was like I had stepped into another dimension of negativity. After shipping my package I drove directly to the next closest UPS store to get the expanded information I needed for future multiple activities involving legal document mailings for an estate process. The gentleman there was completely the opposite of the two women at the first store and he grimaced and apologized ( twice ) for their behavior. UPS HQ are you listening ? Dump the Willow Creek franchise and get someone else to open a store who understands customer service. I will be going to the downtown store in the future, or perhaps abandon UPS altogether for FedEx. Good riddance !!! read more

"UPS" is always reliable, BUT this store location lacks consistent customer service. The staff do not seem happy to be on the job, which shows in their interactions with customers... End of the day, the packages you bring in will get shipped, and maybe that is what really matters, however, a friendly & helpful interaction would make the experience far more enjoyable. Our experience with the UPS store on Willow Creek was very disappointing. We paid for overnight shipping and for the recipient to return the package by UPS overnight shipping. The recipient upon delivery signed the documents and shipped them back from their local UPS which played no role in the mess to ensue. The person at the store apparently entered our information incorrectly. This was the first problem. The package where prompt processing was essential then seemed to disappear and was neither delivered to us or at the UPS Willow Creek Store. We finely tracked the package down and found it at the Prescott Valley UPS store and immediacy took time off work to go get it. Upon finding it we discovered that the address on the package was for the Willow Creek Location. It apparently had been at the wrong location for 6 days. I asked to speak to the manager and wanted my money back for the expensive overnight shipping. The manager would take no responsibility for the problems they cause and would not refund our money. I too found her to be rude. We will never use them again. read more

Very rude staff, I'm there often doing Amazon returns and the two ladies that work there make you feel guilty for being there.m My wife and both went at different times and we commented to each other about how unusualy unpleasant the staff that works there is. I would usually chaulk it up to them having a bad day... but the bad attitude is constant. If you don't want to work with the public then don't work there, you make everybody's day worse with your terrible attitude !! My go to place for Amazon returns and a occasional package shipment is no longer my go to. I find this UPS on Willow Creek gets more rude every time I visit. I'm blaming it on management that hides in the back. Staff acts if they are oppressed, Lucky if you get a grunt for a Hello .Silence. Then the bad news they will charge you a dollar for a tiny piece of tape. This place really reminds me of Big City culture. This UPS is NOT MY PRESCOTT AZ. I have used this UPS for many years. Amazon drop off, shipping etc. It appears to have new owners in 2023. Decor and stock items changing. Usually they take the pre labeled and taped package , scan it and set it in the box to be picked up by truck. No issues to speak of, although at times little interaction and that's fine. However, I recently noticed they now have a TIP JAR! I wonder what corporate UPS says regarding that tip jar. Come to think of it, probably nothing as they are EVERYWHERE now. I worked in restaurants. Got paid less than standard minimum wage (aka waiter wages) so we got tips. Was considered to be based on quality of service, not merely because we breathed. Personally I think it's gotten out of hand. read more

I was in this store today at 2:00 p.m. and the person who waited on me was fantastic. I watched her as I stood in line waiting on one, two and three people at a time and with a smile on her face. The absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. Actually I've experienced this each time I come here. And I can say as of today I wont be back. Today the older lady snatched my label off the Amazon return kiosk counter and slapped it on the Amazon box because my return box won't fit in the plastic bag. Past visits she's grabbed packages from the counter and thrown them into the return bin. She never acknowledges you, only glares when you come in the door. I've read many reviews that are the same as mine and the reply is always "we strive for professiobalism" and "will address the issue". Apparently this has never been addressed as many of these reviews are from more than a year ago. I'd rather drive to Phoenix to drop off an Amazon return than go back to this location. read more

I am not normally this harsh, but I am always this honest. The staff here at this UPS store was so rude, unhelpful, and overall not at all professional. The gal who helped me acted as though I was not able to ask questions, snapped at me when ever she spoke, and no matter how much I tried to kill her with kindness she continued to be rude and unhelpful. What's worse, when I was asking her, just to be sure, if my package would arrive by the time that I needed it to -- as requested by my corporate office -- she actually walked away mid question and never said anything to me again. What's even worse than that, I looked over to her supervisor several times with that "are you really going to continue to let this happen" look, and she did, she most certainly did let it continue, and didn't even apologize either for the way my family and I were treated. Maybe I am just spoiled by the awesome folks at the UPS store where I come from, but this was super sad. read more

Rude lady works here. Sounds like she's smoked her entire life. Or possibly drugs. My husband sent me a screenshot of a return, all I saw was the return label. Not anything about having to seal it. It just said UPS will print the label and attach to the package. I took in in and she rudely told me it had to be sealed, so if I looked at the label, I'd see that. Well I couldn't until my husband sent me a better screenshot. So I said okay, I guess you're just going to make me buy tape right now to seal it and she said "WELL IF YOU COULD LEARN HOW TO READ". I have been going to this UPS store for years and sadly I must continue as they are the only one on this side of town but.... THEY ARE SO RUDE! I think this store was bought out about a year ago because suddenly the staff and signage changed. I always go in with my stuff ready to go, boxed taped and labels affixed but even then they act sooo bothered! I also use them when I need postage or to ship items that I don't have a prepaid label for so I do give them my $$$. I always allow plenty of time so I am never impatient & always say please & "thank you, I appreciate you" because I know so many employees are treated horribly by patrons but the 2 ladies who regularly work here (a tall middle aged black haired woman & a shorter older black haired woman) are just plain nasty. I am going to try to call corporate because I truly don't like to complain without giving the opportunity for improvement. Will update. read more

The two older ladies who usually work at the front desk have never provided good customer service, but today they were exceptionally rude. They refused to accept my Amazon return, claiming it was without a label, even though I had the QR code in my hand. Seriously, I called for a quote and when I got to the store, the price was $200 higher. I explained the quote that I had received over the phone and I was told, 'I don't know where THAT came from..." $500 plus dollars to ship a package from Prescott to Tennessee... 24 pounds, $1500 value. I left, went to my computer and discovered I could have it picked up at my house and delivery ranged from $72 to $128 - the difference being 1 day less (or more) arrival time. The two ladies working at this store were shockingly rude not only verbally but physically. I rented a post office box from the store for six months. One woman asked me what the number of my box was and when I went to pick up the paper the other woman slammed her hand down on the paper and went ahead and told her the number. This scared my wife and they continued to be almost unbelievably rude to us. I saw this with other customers. I saw the more irate woman actually violently threw another lady's package into a bin after she left. I have seen the reviews of these women before and it's amazing they are still working at the store. I am working on a refund and I will never trust them with my mail. The two women that work at this location are terrible. They are always rude, they don't say please or thank you, they aren't polite and they look like they absolutely hate the job. One of them just called me to explain the $4000 package just got lost. They couldn't tell me anything further, they just said you'll get your $100 worth of insurance, when I explained that I had asked for more insurance that day as it was an expensive package, they said "not our problem we just need your email". These two women should be fired for the way they talk to people!!!! I've been into this location 3 times now and the way they talk to customers is DISGUSTING! First of all, I ship quite often and use this particular store because of it's location but no longer. The young people who work there are about as unfriendly as you could be without being rude. Never a smile or a welcome and they seem put out to answer a question. Second, I mistakenly took my daughter's computer charger and needed to get it to her ASAP. I guess UPS's world stops on the weekend. It was a Saturday morning and I wanted to send it next day dely. I paid 27.00 to go to Phx. And the soonest delivery using NEXT DAY DELY was Wednesday!! I would have been better off using the post office, which I will next time. And it was obvious the clerk couldn't have cared less. They need to hire more personable and friendly people.
