Been in Chino Valley for over 15 years and I have never had an issue with this post office. The staff is friendly and they do a great job. The problem with society today is that everyone expects perfection with no complications. That is NOT real life. This place is horrible! My husband and I went in to simply request a new key, and the employee was rude, and demeaning!! We then asked to have the mail brought back to the post office after next trip to our box, which seemed simple as it was Friday, and we were going to be back Monday afternoon. When we came back, she said nothing was there and it was our fault for needing a key, yelling! We were so upset at her rudeness, we left. We came back the next day, and a man behind the counter was kind enough to give us our mail. The person that helped up before wouldn't even look at us. Horrible, horrible costumer service and we hope to never have to go back. If you go, be prepared to be yelled at, and made feel like everything is your fault! Blah!!!!! read more

Worst at keeping track of mail, I was told I had a package delivered I had made a call asking for an investigation the lady started it then a day or two later says she's closing it due to it "being delivered " although I checked the mail consecutively from the dates it was said to be delivered and it wasn't there, I asked for proof that the package was in the mailbox (she told me they had a picture of the package in the mailbox and they had scanned the barcode that proves it was delivered ) and I have not received an e-mail nor phone call back after she only had sent me a screenshot of my mailbox from GOOGLE MAPS and not even a picture of the mailbox& package when she said it was still in there the same three days I checked it , for a FEDERAL job this specific location is super unprofessional ,this has not been my only issue with this location read more

This post office has the most friendly, efficient and knowledgeable staff of any post office I have ever used AND, believe me, I've used a lot since I'm now over 70! I have never waited longer than 10 minutes in line compared to 15-30 minutes at other local post offices. It is so refreshing to work with government employees who still believe in excellent customer service! I hate the USPS however, this location is different and the workers here are fabulous! I have never had an issues with this location ever. I have been in this location many times to send items to family and friends for myself and for my parents and the staff here is great! I love my parents postal lady, she is does an amazing job and is such a sweetheart! Even during the Pandemic..... they did a great job here! read more

Worst post office ever...called a man up past my daughter....I am injured and she beat me in the door and got I line. Then told me they were closed!! Told me my daughter did not count as a person because she is a child...maybe justice lump of cells at 8 years old helping her mother mail out packages. I get to get out rarely due to my injuries. They could not help the woman and child but helped every old man in line over and around us. Crappy people..crappy supervisor. read more

my postal delivery driver is the worst. She refuses to drive to my house. Stating constantly that my house is more than a half of a mile from my mailbox, which is a complete and utter lie. She is too lazy to drive to my house. So I'm constantly having to go to the post office to pick up my packages rather than just having them delivered to my mailbox or to my front door. read more

I have to admit, I was a little worried about what my postal service would look like as we moved from a more metropolitan area, to the country out here in Chino. Setting up the PO Box, because we can't get mail delivered to the ranch was a breeze tho, and the man who helped us was very informative and friendly. Since moving in, and living here for a month now, we've had NUMEROUS deliveries (we are prolific Amazon shoppers.. haha) and never had a problem. The locker set up is perfect for retrieving most parcels, and they are always friendly and helpful when I need to go to the counter for the bigger boxes. The office is clean, well maintained and the staff are all friendly and helpful. It would be nice if it had a kiosk so we could send packages whenever its good for us, but its not such an inconvenience that I would take a star for it. Chino Valley Post Office is one of the best, friendliest and helpful government offices I've ever visited. No, I don't work there, nor do I have relatives who do.. haha I'm just a regular person who reviews my experiences as honestly as I can, and I try to leave emotion out of it. read more

Terrible service! Can't ever deliver the correct mail to the right address. The mail carrier either can't read an address or is just too lazy to bother putting it in the right box. On top of that every day she throws a cigarette butt out at my mail box so I have to clean up the butts. Idiots at the post office don't give a damn if you get your mail or someone else's. It's a losing battle but we have no other choice. UGH! read more

The people are always really helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, but I no longer feel safe there because they are not requiring masks for customers. Was there yesterday and 1/2 of the people in line weren't wearing masks. Please keep us safe and enforce the wearing of masks. It's a simple thing to do to keep the rest of us safe! read more

Worst service ever...i tracked my package and it stated my mail box was too full. (Which it wasnt )and couldnt deliver. Didnt even leave a slip so i could pick.up my item. I go to the post office with proper id and even picked up another package and they tell me i cant get my package without a slip wtf.. and i have to call 800# to redeliver a package they have in the effing building.. btw its a toy for my grandson bday.. shitty service dumbass employee ,civil service idiot. read more

This is the worst post office. They regularly deliver the wrong mail to us and deliver our mail to another address that is similar to ours. For years! We have spent years telling everyone that this was happening. Sometimes we eventually get the mail that went to the other house, sometimes we don't. Without fail, every time we are in there returning the other person's mail, someone else is in there with the wrong mail. We have had other issues when going to pick up packages. They will claim a package is delivered days before we get a slip and it is always a headache to pick up a package. We are seriously considering getting a p.o. Box in prescott just so we can reliably get our mail. read more

Post office is great. They are always helpful, pleasant, & good attitude. We do get wrong mail sometimes but the post office itself is great. Not usually crowded either compared to where I used to live and when it is, they move right along and get you in and out. Would be a 5 star if not for the wrong mail deliveries. read more

Post Master General, of Chino, Valley, Arizona.......... I want to thank you for your office doing the work they are doing. Every time I come into the post office, I am treated like someone special, which overflows to your letter carriers as well. Let me please explain, I am 64 years old and every day I come to my mail box my mail is always done right. When I come over when they are putting mail in boxes, I always get a warn hello, and how I am doing? It is just not words, I can tell they really mean it, you know what I am referring to. This is so refreshing in this world we now live in. Your letter carriers here are the BEST ones I have ever experienced in all my life! These I believe the kindest people I have ever meat as letter carriers!!!!!! It is very refreshing to see people of this nature still in this wicked world we live in. Thank you for employing people of this kind nature to bring me my mail. It shows me there is hope for all of mankind as long as we have people like you, and my letter carriers.
