I initially looked up Knife Sharpening to see if someone could get rid of all the serration. Matt educated me on the conditions of the knives and told me that all he needed to do was sharpen them and smooth out burrs. I gave him 4 knives + scissors and he was done in about 20min! Not only is Matt very nice and knowledgeable, he's efficient and saved me from throwing away this knife set. I very highly recommend Shear Performance!
