This posting is late, but I was here in February Martin Luther King Day, and a lot of the FedEx were closed so I went to the post net the door was open and I went in and I met Melissa. She said she just stopped by unfortunately there be no Pickup but she gave me the address of the FedEx about 15 minutes away. Since I was from the valley, I had no idea where to go and she gave me great directions the next day I went in to drop off another package since I was working up there she was very pleasant. This was a nice clean store. It had everything she did not have to help me at all. She could've just shut the door unlock it, but she chose to help me and for that I will take all my business there when I work up there this is a top-notch company. read more

I spent a small fortune shipping something to my daughter on Wednesday. Paid to have fed ex deliver on Saturday. Cost $37. The package did not arrive & is in Phoenix (Sat) & to arrive Monday. They are closed Sat & Sunday!!! I will be contacting them Monday for a partial refund. I will never use this business again!! read more

Went in to get fingerprinted for work and met the staff. Very nice, friendly and efficient. They do USPS, along with all other shipping. Felt this was much better than the UPS store nearby. Would definitely recommend!! read more

Just dropped off two FedEx packages with prepaid labels. Man at counter was sour, rude and cold. Bad first impression.

Berry is great! he's a one man army in a town of people who don't appreciate anything. I use him weekly for all my business shipping needs, he always gets me the best prices available and up cycles packaging materials wherever he can. A little patience is all that's required when there is more than one customer in his shop. read more

If I could do zero stars I would. 1 page printed PDF from a usb drive and 1 page printed from a PDF in an email cost me over $2. I could buy a ream of paper for that price. I asked about the price and the owner said go to the UPS store and they won't sit down for less than $4.00. To which I replied yeah well staples would've done it for .15 cents, which is true because that's where I normally go. I only went to postnet because it was closer to where I was at the time. In the future I will use the extra gas and time to go to staples or office max as they are friendlier and more cost effective. The owner at Postnet was very rude and didn't know how to use his own computer, took him ten minutes to figure out how to print two pages of paper. Ridiculous!!!!! read more

Wow. I should have read the reviews. I thought "no way this place could possibly be this bad". I was very wrong. The owner is a huge jerk. He gives the impression that he doesnt want your business. I went in for 2 standard colored copies (the cost being $2). There is a $1 charge for him having to use the computer to print your items, but there is no self service so you cant avoid this fee. Unfortunately, he doesnt know how to USE said computer, and was unable to print pdf files actual size. The entire process he was huffing and puffing like it was my fault he didn't know how to print a pdf at actual size. I left with no prints and went to office max and had them printed with no issues at all. Will never even consider going to this place ever ever again. read more

Recently went there to drop off a USPS Priority Mail envelope -postage already paid. Ready to go. The man behind the counter was not very nice and seemed uncaring. He said to me there will be a 50 cent charge to drop it off. I said it is already paid for. He said something to the effect of "if I let everyone just drop off stuff, then I would not make money." What !! It was later in the day, it needed to go out and I did not want to drive all over, so I paid the 50 cents. But I will never go there again. It's not about the $ it is the principal and the attitude. Would have been better off going to the post office. read more

Love this place, refuse to go to another shipping location. The man who works here is great, he always helps you get the best deals for shipping, he'll take time to call and verify things if needed, and he knows his job well. I took two little packages to be mailed today..the clerk was uninterested in helping me explore less pricy options. He was curt, dismissive, and looked as though he would be happier anywhere else. To be fair, he did not single me out. He treated the woman ahead of me the same way. I will look elsewhere to do my shipping and mailing. Disappointed with service. Requested hotel send flat rate. Arrangements made to have Postal service notify of charges prior to shipping. Which WAS NOT DONE. Charges were approximately $5.00 over what Flat Rate would have been. Charged for box and a reasonable pick-up fee. Put on hold numerous times by unpleasant person. Unable to get any information from time picked up at hotel and arrival at residence. read more
