My experience was going to get something notarized and we were there five minutes prior to close a…read morebusiness. My daughter had a flight the next morning. The owner refused to notarize stating that everything was closed down when I inquired about where we might be able to get a notary done as my daughter was leaving at 5:30 the next morning and was traveling out of the country with her grandmother so she needed a documented permission to travel. The owner stated that we could utilize their mobile notary. When I inquired about the cost, she stated that it would be $15 per signature and $20 for the travel. The owner is the notary. There was no travel involved mind you all of this was done in an incredibly rude tone. She asked us to wait outside and she would bring her notary items and notarize our document outside of the store once she locked up never did she say that she was the owner of the business when she finally did get outside. She then quoted us five dollars more than she had initially stated then argued about it saying that she would check the cameras telling us that she never quoted us the initial $20 travel fee she never did actually check the cameras but because of the rush, I was not going to argue over five dollars. The entire time she was incredibly rude mind you we are Petaluma locals with two different businesses in this community and use UPS on a regular basis. We will never use the store again.
