Upon entering the store, I approached an employee at the counter to inform them I was there to pick up an order. The employee, an older female, did not greet me. Instead, she asked abruptly, "What do you need?" When I stated that I was, "Picking up," her response was to repeatedly say, "Picking up what," with a very negative and dismissive tone. She did not ask for my name or the order number, which prolonged the interaction and made me feel unwelcome and disrespected. I believe this employee's attitude does not align with the standard of customer service your company strives to provide. The interaction was brief, but the lack of basic politeness and professionalism was surprising and disappointing. I trust that you will address this matter to ensure that all customers receive a more positive and respectful experience. I did want to mention my order was done to a high standard, however the customer service could use some help.

The gal who…read more"helped" me couldn't have been more apathetic, or any less reassuring that my package would be taken care of properly. I brought my own tape, box, & label for a private UPS shipment. She wanted to treat it like an Amazon return to just toss and leave open on a counter. I insisted on taping it closed, and she totally dropped me and did other things essentially still leaving my package unattended on the customer counter. Even when I told her how important it was to me, she was wholly unresponsive and apathetic. No reassurances here. Hopefully the tracking pulls through and it does get to where it's supposed to be going. The receipt I received said my package weighed almost 30 pounds... when in reality it had to have weighed closer to 1 pound. So even my receipt doesn't give me reassurance.

My husband and I arrived at 4:15 with our paperwork and we were told that the notary had gone home. We began to question the staff member there and they were cold, rude and didn't care about the issue at all and told us to leave the store. We didn't raise our voices, we were not rude we were simply trying to find out why this notary went home early. The staff person didn't apologize, offer to call them and see if they could come back to the store or anything. They just didn't care. I was so disappointed! We called Brian's mobile notary and we had a notary at our house within 40 minutes. We should have called them first!
