I called this office to speak to the rep that helped me that day and the voice mail said he was out of the office a couple of days and to speak to another gentleman. So I called and this guy said "yeah John Doe" hahaha will be back next week. Ok, I called the following week and his voice mail was still the same "I'll be back Tuesday", I was like "shouldn't he be back?" I called and left messages on both extensions and still no response. As I was writing this review I received the call back. I just don't understand why I had to wait so long. I figured another office would be able to help me so I called an office in Reseda and the automated system went retarded on me, I figured "let me call the location on Chatsworth and guess what? The retarded automated system is everyone. After I received the call back my issue was resolved, but in the modern world, why would anyone have to wait two weeks to get something resolved? I went to leave a bad review and decided to look into why these companies have bad ratings ..and wow, it looks like the owner John C or Britney C (same picture on both companies) has the nerve to actually look up the people using their personal information provided to find out who they are to belittle them..I'm sure in a failed effort to get them to remove their review. The owner obviously is a narcissist, who is condescending, and believes he does no wrong in any of these replies. It is unacceptable how the owner targets these members of the community. Someone should look at these companies to see if it is illegal for what he is doing. After all, it is our right to leave a negative review after a negative experience.
