They said don't come at 1 because they take their lunch then. I asked if I could make an appointment, they said no, just walk in. Will they be there all day? Yes. My husband and I arrived at 4:15 with our paperwork and we were told that the notary had gone home. We began to question the staff member there and they were cold, rude and didn't care about the issue at all and told us to leave the store. We didn't raise our voices, we were not rude we were simply trying to find out why this notary went home early. The staff person didn't apologize, offer to call them and see if they could come back to the store or anything. They just didn't care. I was so disappointed! We called Brian's mobile notary and we had a notary at our house within 40 minutes. We should have called them first!
