I would not recommend this particular branch. We called ahead of time to see when a notary would be available. I was told Saturday from 10:30 am - 5 pm. They said don't come at 1 because they take their lunch then. I asked if I could make an appointment, they said no, just walk in. Will they be there all day? Yes. My husband and I arrived at 4:15 with our paperwork and we were told that the notary had gone home. We began to question the staff member there and they were cold, rude and didn't care about the issue at all and told us to leave the store. We didn't raise our voices, we were not rude we were simply trying to find out why this notary went home early. The staff person didn't apologize, offer to call them and see if they could come back to the store or anything. They just didn't care. I was so disappointed! We called Brian's mobile notary and we had a notary at our house within 40 minutes. We should have called them first! read more

I had to get a package off to one of my sons who lives in South Carolina and so I was told by another FedEx that this one could get it there on time. One of my sons ran in with me to get it off and tried to figure out how to get postage on it ourselves. Sherri saw that we were struggling and cheerfully came over to help us. She showed us how things worked and got our package taken care of and shipped off. She was so nice and very very knowledgeable. The postal people work so very hard. She made a rushed , hectic time of it into a pleasant paradise. The store was very clean and items in the store were reasonably priced. I love this fed ex. They have restrooms that are very clean. Also they have tables in the back if you want to sit down and plug in your laptop and wrap stuff. It's nice. A little like a library. read more

I come in here often to drop off returns usually and the staff if so nice. They alway let me know if I need more or less packaging. They never over charge for little things like some of their competitors do. I'll be coming here whenever I need to over other locations. read more

I've been going to this UPS store for 5 years. They are rather busy, but never had much of an issue before. Today I went to ship out a package and was curtly told to show my Driver License. I don't know why this place has such a bad rating. I know every person's experience is different. So I'll just say, give them a try because you might have a nice experience. I went today for the notary service and everyone there was friendly from the moment we walked in until it was time to leave. I had to bring my kids with me, and they were even very accommodating to them. As one person made copies, they even let my kids push the start button which they loved. The notary service was quick and efficient and was priced fairly. It was $15 per signature. Now I know where to go if I need notary services in the future. Keep in mind that the notary hours vary by day. So call before you go to make sure that the notary will be available. read more

Closed 5 minutes early and refused to open the door claiming the registers had already been closed down. The notary person wasn't there since she went shopping next door at Big 5. After about 10min one of the UPS employees told me the notary ends at 4pm and that they couldn't take me. I told him that I even called before to make sure and his answer was "I don't know." Pls give out only the correct information so that customers don't end up wasting their time and gas. read more

Every time I come in a just put what I need to mail on the counter and ask what now? And they're always so friendly and helpful! And the wait is always shorter than the post office. Went today to do several Amazon returns, check my PO box, etc. I brought an ex-large self-seal poly bag from home for 1 of the returns. At the end of my transaction, the gentleman was going to charge for the bag. I explained I brought it from home and he accused me of lying. I asked him to look at the cameras and he said "No it's fine". Not cool to accuse me of something I didn't do in front of my kids. I've had a box there for 2 years. I closed in on the spot and called corp to file a complaint. I'm guessing the bag prob cost $2.00 - lost a customer. read more

The people who work here are really nice and helpful! I came here on a few occasions and interacted with two guys who were very relaxed and patient. I made a copy here and the worker let me have the 1 sheet copy I made for free. I also came to drop off Amazon returns and to ship some packages. I find it really inconvenient when Amazon requires for you to drop-off a return at the UPS store or Kohl's but this place made the process not too terrible. There is plenty of parking here because it's located in a large plaza. The shop itself is very small so if there are more than 3 people in line you'd likely have to wait outside if you want to keep social distancing. read more

There was a woman who helped me with my order and during the transaction she kept complaining to her coworkers about how the last person didn't change the receipt paper roll the night before. She was very frustrated and told her coworker that whoever was there last night didn't put a tag on the item. It was very uncomfortable. She processed my items and then said she wasn't able to give me a receipt for my transaction so she asked me to take pictures of the tags. When I asked if there was a way to reprint she said not and walked away. Then Richard approached me and nicely explained the tracking number was enough in case there was an issue. He basically said the same thing but in a nicer way and reassured me that if there was an issue that we can call in. I decided to drop it, because most of my experiences in this business are pleasant and the workers are effective. I know that retail is difficult around the holidays but this woman needs some support with customer service. If she's going through something I hope she gets help and more than anything I'm writing this review to shout out Richard because he kept his calm and maintained professionalism. read more

I try to avoid this UPS at all costs. The employees that work there are not the nicest and seem very, very VERY unhappy and stressed. If you take one extra second to pull up your return QR code, misplace the tape, or take 2 seconds to grab your Amazon return... the employees will scoff, eye roll or appear very tense and agitated. I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service provided at the UPS Store, especially with Richard who helped my elderly client. My elderly client, who is quite frail and relies on assistance for most tasks, had a profoundly negative experience at this location that I feel compelled to share. During our visit, the staff exhibited an astonishing level of rudeness and unprofessionalism. My client, who was trying to ship a very important package and she was pretty vocal about how important it was, was treated with complete disregard and impatience. When she struggled to understand the process, and when she asked for proof of shipment details, they told her the receipt is sufficient enough and they don't provide any additional information. When in fact they do! Richard seemed to rush away to the back after and after calling him about the shipment details, he simply responded "well you didn't ask for it". Why should we ask for important information when he was helping my client for almost 20 min and saw how frail she was. When I called him to bring this to his attention he brushed me off and responded with "I'm not here to argue with you, do you want the shipment details or not". WHAT???? What kind of a response is that? It's common sense. You provide a customer with shipment details no matter what, or you simply ask if they want a copy. It's disheartening to see such behavior, especially towards someone who already finds navigating these processes challenging. The lack of empathy and respect demonstrated by the staff was shocking and unacceptable. This kind of treatment is not only unprofessional but also deeply hurtful. I hope that the management takes immediate action to address these issues and ensure that no other customers have to endure such a disrespectful experience. Come here if you're looking for a fight. If I could give negative stars I would. We came in before closing and the associate - Richard - tried to say the store was closed already. He started complaining asking why we were there and why we do this. Meaning come to the business during business hours. He then threatened my partner and followed us outside. Ridiculous experience and I definitely don't recommend coming here unless you want to be complained to and threatened with physical violence. Unbelievable service!! I took two big boxes that needed to be returned. Turns out the return label I had from the seller were not prepaid. The manager informed me and suggested I contact Amazon so i would not have to pay up to $400. It took a few days to get prepaid labels but they were for FedEx. The manager allowed me to keep the boxes at their store until FedEx picked them up. They went above and beyond to help me, save me money and provide an exceptional customer experience. We asked for a notary, for simple paperwork in regards to our Mortgage. There were clear directions given by the mortgage company. We presented it to the notary lady and she said she didn't feel comfortable doing the notary. She stated that she's never seen this type of documents. She didn't even take the time to look at the clear instructions. She was extremely rude. I came in here today and I've seriously just about had it - I came in here for an amazon return and unfortunately I had thrown away the package it came in so I asked the chubby man that works here if he can provide me with a box for my Amazon return and he says they're not free they're for sale and they're right behind you. Just dropped off a mattress in a box here and they were very rude. I knew it was going to be an issue when we came in with the box since it was a big 74lb one. The lady saw us and immediately had an attitude. The way she told us where to put the box so they could scan the return label was so rude! We weren't greeted or anything. And when we were handed the receipt of the drop off, no thank you or have a nice day. Just a "here's your receipt." I've worked in customer service for a long time and no matter what, I wouldn't have treated someone that way. I get that the box was big and heavy but at the end of the day, we were just following the instructions that we were given on how to return this item. Btw she ended up having other people grab the box anyway so her and the other lady at the counter didn't even touch the box. So, the attitude and rudeness was unnecessary. We were already having issues with UPS since before this item was delivered to us (called UPS to tell them to not deliver it and was told that the delivery was cancelled but ended up reviewing the item anyway). So, this experience in dropping off this item just made the entire process of dealing with UPS even worse. Will not be using this store for any services ever again. read more

Staff are nice, however believe laws prohibit their accepting a shooting optic without a special license. They weren't sure where a description of the restriction can be found but are certain of its validity. It's a franchise store so maybe they don't follow the policies as posted on UPS website. I bought a shipping padded envelope and they took care of the rest, gave me my tracking and I was out in no time.
