Some of the people that work here don't wear a mask. They have one on, but it's pulled down and not covering their noses or mouths.

I regularly ship high-value sports cards, which requires additional time, attention to detail, and a videotaped packing process for insurance purposes. Tammy is always extremely professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and accommodating. She is an incredible multitasker who handles a complicated shipping process efficiently while making sure everything is done correctly. She makes the entire experience easy and stress-free, and it's clear that she takes her job and customer service seriously. I've worked with plenty of people in different industries over the years, and Tammy genuinely stands out. She is an outstanding employee and a tremendous asset to FedEx. I hope her management recognizes the level of service she provides and the positive impression she leaves on her customers.

As an eBay seller for the past 19 years with over 2,000 individual sales, I know a thing or 2 about…read moreshipping. I'll give you the cliff notes. USPS is cheapest, then UPS, then FedEx being the most expensive. There is a reason for this: FedEx takes that absolute best care of your packages during shipment. I never offer FedEx as a shipping option for any of my sales, because most buyers are too cheap to factor shipping price as an expense. In this one-off occasion, I sold a rather large item & at a high price. The buyer needed specific (& rare item) by a very specific date. Luckily, he was smart enough to spare no expense to make sure to cover any fees for a timely + safe delivery. For such a specific occasion, I did offer to ship via the pricey FedEx, but he was smart enough to know that investing in shipping costs would guarantee that he would get his prized & highly valuable item in perfect condition before his expected date. Just a friendly heads-up: FedEx has an "East Coast Cut-Off" deadline. Meaning, if your item is registered to be shipped (past 4:30pm PST), it ships next day, so you mind as well have shipped it as late as 4:29pm PST the following day. Ken was a rockstar. Granted, it was obvious that he had his hands full doing many tasks that are evident of needing to be done by multiple people, he didn't hesitate to take care of me at 4:22pm & had my package checked-in by 4:28pm - 2 minutes before the cut-off. If you need to guarantee that your item arrives safely, I recommend shelving out the extra cash for FedEx. Especially for those larger packages.

Yesterday, I found out my mailbox is marked vacant at the apartment complex I rent from. I went to…read morethe mailbox to check my mail and grab my election ballot to get ready to vote, but all my mail is gone and nothing of a note was left to explain why, except a USPS card to register a change of address. I went over to this location today to get my mail sent back to my address and to explain what they have done with my mail. I asked very calmly and nicely about it and immediately I was met with an attitude. The rude middle- aged, middle eastern lady with circular glasses, dyed strands of blonde hair, told me that they don't keep returned mail there and return it to sender instead. She kept talking to me vaguely, in short answers like I was her child or something in a passive aggressive tone. I had to ask several questions as to why this happened and it felt her answers were like pulling teeth out to get her to explain why this happened. I told her I had been away for a little bit but nothing long enough for them take away all my mail and mark the mailbox "vacant". I told her they didn't even give a notice or a note as to why they took the mail, and her reply in a condescending tone exactly was "well we assumed you had moved, do you even have an ID on you?" Talking to me like I'm an idiot and I wouldn't come prepared with identification to confirm my mail address. She still wouldn't tell me when I'd expect to see my mail, that they returned, redelivered to my mailbox, along with my name back in my mailbox. And only mentioned that the delivery will start to return tomorrow. It's very interesting this happens when election time is going on with all this talk about removing mail-in ballots from the Trump administration! Don't ever come to this location. Prepare to be met with people who clearly hate their lives and don't want to help you, nor do they care about what happens to your mail.
