One of my sons ran in with me to get it off and tried to figure out how to get postage on it ourselves. Sherri saw that we were struggling and cheerfully came over to help us. She showed us how things worked and got our package taken care of and shipped off. She was so nice and very very knowledgeable. The postal people work so very hard. She made a rushed , hectic time of it into a pleasant paradise. The store was very clean and items in the store were reasonably priced. I love this fed ex. They have restrooms that are very clean. Also they have tables in the back if you want to sit down and plug in your laptop and wrap stuff. It's nice. A little like a library.

Upon entering the store, I approached an employee at the counter to inform them I was there to pick up an order. The employee, an older female, did not greet me. Instead, she asked abruptly, "What do you need?" When I stated that I was, "Picking up," her response was to repeatedly say, "Picking up what," with a very negative and dismissive tone. She did not ask for my name or the order number, which prolonged the interaction and made me feel unwelcome and disrespected. I believe this employee's attitude does not align with the standard of customer service your company strives to provide. The interaction was brief, but the lack of basic politeness and professionalism was surprising and disappointing. I trust that you will address this matter to ensure that all customers receive a more positive and respectful experience. Instead of giving me resources or actually helping, she only seemed interested in acting like stuck up a high school mean girl. GROW UP. Set a better example for your young employees, who no doubt will leave the store and actually pursue a career. Dirty and rarely are Priority Mail supplies stocked. If you dare to ask for assistance, it is accompanied by major attitude and a long wait as customer service is severely lacking. Finally, the inside drop box is locked during non business hours so convenience here is non-existent.
