The female worker was very unpleasant, One of their card dispenser was not working. It took our payment but the card did not dispense. It was jammed in the slot. Worker comes to give us a new card. We had a ton of laundry to do one day including blankets. So I decided to just go here to get it all done at once. This laundromat is nice and big and clean! I got here early on a Sunday morning and it was pretty empty. Even as it got busier, there was still enough space and enough machines for me to not feel crowded. Prices are reasonable I guess? I'm not sure since I don't go often. But I was able to get everything done within a couple hours so that was worth the money to me. It's in the same shopping center as Vallarta and across from Aldi, so if you wanted to make a shopping trip while you wait for your clothes it's convenient. This place is clean and the machines are very well maintained. It's also close to Rite Aid and Vallarta. There's always a man here cleaning so it feels safer even when deserted. If they had benches or chairs I'd say 5 stars, but since I'm sitting on the floor while my laundry finishes they only get 4 stars. Update: I recently heard from the new owner. I've been using Valencia express for about six months and I've use their fluff and fold service as well as have taken my laundry inside. There's always an attendant working there and their machines are state of the art. I always feel safe there and it's extremely clean. They have Wi-Fi, which is perfect because I can get a lot of work done while I'm there. Their staff is professional, unlike a lot of other places where you feel like it's a shady business front. This is a top of the line laundry business. But now that I've use their fluff and fold once, I will never go back to doing my laundry by myself. False advertisement! I found this wash-and-fold online, and the prices are much cheaper, so I decided to try it. When I got there, the prices were completely different. It was way more expensive. But I was already there and decided to give it a try. I paid $175, which included 2 king comforters, one twin comforter, and one king duvet. I paid for those comforters separately from the per lb rate, which was $10-15 more than advertised. I picked up my clothes three days later, and they were trying to charge me $40-60 more than I already paid -- telling me that the employee did not charge me correctly. WTF!!!!! Straightforward with attendants happy to help. It was my first time using a public laundry service and I don't regret it. Some nitpicks are the tv should have closed captioning for when nearby washers use a loud cycle, and it seems like I need to use the same dryer 3 times for a medium load of laundry. It only runs for ten minutes. Maybe the dryer was too large for my clothes, but they have different sizes to choose from. Also it would be nice if the Wi-Fi password were on a sign or the laundry card since the former is where other places put it. read more

I used to be a Regular, at what was VALENCIA EXPRESS LAUNDRY... since that time, a lot has changed, over there - including the name (my phone couldn't find "Valencia Express Laundry", earlier this week, but it did find "Valencia Laundry"!) When I entered the establishment, today, I noticed right away that the place is under new management/ownership - that was the 1st (and certainly, not the last) change that I noticed! What I discovered, next, was enough to send me through the roof: 10 minutes of Dryer Time is, now, $0.85! (When I was last there, it was $0.60 - for 10 minutes!) If I ever have to do laundry, in Valencia, I'll go somewhere cheaper - as this place is no longer worth my time, or money! They've got bad parking, as it is! I was in town for a few days and happened to stumble across this gem. All of my experiences at a laundromat, until now, were ones of which you might expect - dark, dirty and filled with old machinery. I was expecting this experience to be much of the same. This place deserves a review as it was such a pleasure to wash here. If a facility like this one was in my area, I would gladly wash here once a week. All the machines are new, shiny and humongous. You don't even need quarters as the machines are ran by a magnetic card system! This place is well kept, is super clean and modern. Pretty impressive, I must say. They have this interesting contraption lit up by LED's they call "ozone" hanging on the wall. I felt like I was in laundromat ran by NASA for a sec. This ozone system is injected into the washers and kills bacteria, makes your clothes smell better and the colors of the clothing pop. It was only a few extra cents to add so I decided to give it a try. I wasn't expecting it to work, but was pleasantly surprised when it did! Hands down, I give this place 5 stars. My clothes smell fresher, look brighter, and feel extra clean! I will definitely be back next time I am in town! read more

Not sure how to say this without making it sound racist or straight out disrespectful. But I have used this place a few times now and today 11/08/2023 I asked if I could use the restroom while my clothes were being washed. The lady who works here ( Hispanic lady ) stated it would cost 25cents. Well I didn't have change so I left it alone. Not long after as I'm watching my clothes now dry, a Hispanic lady customer asked the same worker if she could use the restroom and the worker walks to the restroom and lets her in no problem. Now I am a black male. So I'm unsure how this works. But we gotta do better! Hurts my soul that we are still dealing with things like this. read more

The machines are super fast and they really wash your clothes clean. It's decently affordable and their "debit" card system is handy to earn some points towards money back. While I like this laundromat and the woman who usually works the front desk is very friendly but when one of the machines took double my money she was not able to fix it and ended up drying my clothes for the price that the machine used up. There's also very poor ventilation in here and the AC doesn't seem to work too great. Id say it's great for getting your clothes decently washed if you don't mind the poor AC and that if anything goes wrong, it may be a struggle to remedy the money situation. read more

Had a terrible experience here. Machine error. Was given a refund to run the load again. Asked if I needed to load soap. Was told no. Then I watched the machine for five minutes. No suds. Talked to garciella (sp?) again and said I needed to put soap in because there were no suds. She said ok. I stopped the machine. Then I was told I would have to pay $6 again. If you want to risk a $12 load of laundry and 3 uses of soap then come here. read more

Very clean and good quality machines. Money cards are free here for new ones, which is a huge plus. The prices are high though and the cheapest wash they have is $2.75. Dryers are .75 per 10 minutes. Although I like this location to wash, I had a not so good experience today. I don't understand why you sell snacks and drinks if you do not allow eating or drinking inside. I brought a drink from outside and the lady told me no eating or drinking inside. Yet, there's a mother and her kids drinking sodas inside.
