Magic cleaners did a great job cleaning my silk clothing. The turnaround time was 3 days and the staff are friendly and helpful. I'm going to use them for some small alterations I need done. I give them a 5 rating!!! read more

Quick and friendly service and they understood when I had COVID and couldn't pick up my clothes immediately. Everything was handled with care! read more

Jason and his team are fantastic! We've been going to Magic Cleaners for years and we've always been very satisfied with their service!

Amazing! I got my daughter's white satin flower girl dress cleaned - she had played in soot and dirt at the wedding she was in and the dress looked so dingy. I just picked up the dress and it's perfectly white and beautiful, just like new! The quality for the value is incredible. I was shocked by how reasonable the prices were. I'm so happy I've found a new dry cleaner that I can depend on. Thank you Jason and staff! read more

TERRIBLE! Go anywhere else!! They didn't even hem my dress, they UP charged me by $30 and the dress was STAINED!! Terrible, horrific - do i need to say more? They screwed me and were very dishonest. I wish i could give them 0 stars. NOT WORTH UR TIME OR MONEY read more

Nice folks and very helpful. I had a suit that needed alterations and they turned it around in less that 48 hours! Other places I check were up to two and a half weeks! Jason is quite friendly. The prices are fair and the alterations are done onsite instead of sending out for many places. Easy access also. read more

I highly recommend Magic Cleaners. They always do a good job and go out of their way to accommodate the customers schedule. I needed an alteration done quickly and despite the holidays, Jason (the owner) was able to get it done. read more

I needed a Cal-King thick winter blanket cleaned. They cleaned it by the end of the week (maybe 3-4 days), and when I didn't pick it up on time, there was no extra charge. It was about $50. Blanket was also folded nicely and "shrink" wrapped! so it was grate for us to store for the winter! read more

This place is amazing! I needed a few skirts dry cleaned on short notice and they were able to fit me in. The owners are very sweet and helpful. And...my skirts look perfect! I'm so thankful I found them and will definitely be coming back as a repeat happy customer! :) read more

I have been their customer for 10 more years and I believe this place is one of the best natural cleaners ever in Santa Clarita. The owner is very honest and humble. He just focuses on his work. Of course he always finishes his jobs nicely and quickly and these are what I need. Thank you Jason!! read more

Yes, the do a nice job cleaning your cloths. However, be aware the prices are ridiculous. In from out of town and I drop off a men's 2 piece suit to be dry cleaned. I pick it up and they charge me $18.50 for the cleaning. Yes, that is about $4 - $6 too much. I give them another 2 piece suit to clean as I am in a hurry. I come back and pick it up, and now the price is $19. Found a more reasonably priced cleaners in town. read more

This place is amazing!! My house had burned down a few years ago and I managed to save my wedding dress and a couple of vintage dresses that were passed down to me by my grandmother. I threw them in a garbage bag in my new garage and didn't have the energy to deal with them. I finally got the courage to take down the dresses and see what could be done to save them. I brought them in and they were so friendly and honest. They let me know that there was no guarantee that they could be saved and said they would take their time. I totally understood and was so grateful. Two weeks later, I got the surprise of a life time!! All three dresses were beautiful!! I am forever grateful to these wonderful and honest people!! read more

This place is amazing! I travel from Studio City to bring all my garments. Staff is friendly and provide great service. I even had my wedding dress altered, cleaned, and boxed away! The best part is how they use natural products. read more

Best natural cleaners in SCV! My skin is very sensitive and reacts to chemicals so I can't stand regular dry cleaning method and am extremely picky about this-- I was told they use wet cleaning method and I've never had any issue with their cleaning. Their service always stand out and staffs are very friendly. Upon your request, they do same day service (if you bring in in the morning) and usually get it done within 1-2 days which I think is great! I would recommend to everyone! read more

I take my dry cleaning here when I'm in my home town. I've always had excellent service here and my clothes have always come back in great condition. Plus, you can find coupons for this place every month in the mail. I just used a $35 off coupon to get my wedding dress cleaned and boxed up! read more

I had a last-minute dry cleaning emergency. They worked a minor miracle to get my suit cleaned and pressed in time for me to pick it up, all at no small inconvenience to them. I'll keep coming back. read more

This is an excellent dry cleaners to go to. For me they are very close have good hours and are fairly priced. They are very friendly and have always accommodated whatever I needed done. I would recommend them to everyone. read more

I've been taking my clothes here for a while, for dry cleaning and or alterations.. they always seem to do a great job. I loved that they are honest too!! I took a dress a while back for alterations. To my surprise the girl that was pinning stuff found an extra string that the dress brought to tighten it. I loved that she pointed it out instead of keeping hush and still doing the alterations.. best place in Valencia in my opinion. read more

Best cleaners in town. I had to fix my outfit for my cousin's wedding in Santa Clarita and my cousin recommended this place. They fixed my jacket without any hassle. Staffs were very nice and professional. read more

I only do my dry cleaning at Magic Cleaners since I discovered them years ago. They have always provided me with HIGH QUALITY SERVICE on my clothing and I love how environmentally friendly their cleanings are. The owners are incredibly honest and accountable people. I rarely have comments, but even when I do the owners provided a redo free of charge. Amazing place that will keep me coming back for years!!!!! read more

Was a 20-yr customer. Shop appears to have changed ownership w/i the past yr. Service and quality has deteriorated greatly. Screwed up my order NLT four times in last three months. Defined as giving my clothes to another patron. Damaging my clothes. Or screwing up the billing (charging me for another customer's order.) And worst of all, owner/staff refuses to make good on its mistakes (i.e, offer a refund or credit). Good news is there are at least three nearby cleaners. Some of which offer "free" pickup/delivery. Stay away from this place at all cost. read more

Good and quick service. Fair pricing. The owner and employee named Veronica are very nice and helpful. I will be going back.

Best dry cleaners in SCV. Great and nice owners, good prices, and quick. I brought in my suit to be cleaned after spilling some stuff on it and they got it right out. Thanks! read more

I love Magic Cleaners! I've tried numerous dry cleaners, but they are my favorite for two reasons. First, and probably most important, is that they always do a great job. They've never failed me, even when I come in with a nice piece of clothing saying "I got something on this. I don't know what it is, but can you get it out?" And they do! The second reason is that they are always so friendly and welcoming. And they seem to genuinely care about their work. They want their customers to be happy, and that little extra touch is why I always leave with a smile on my face. These days, that's priceless. Thanks to everyone at Magic for being such a wonderful business in Santa Clarita. read more

I have been a valued customer for over five years at this cleaner. My experience with the staff had been wonderful until I ran into the owner. My family spends more than $400 a month for their dry cleaning service and when they loss my suit and I spoke to the owner about it he was exceptionally rude! He said they've never loss a customer's clothing but I know for a fact I've come home twice with things that weren't mine. He never attempted to make me whole and the suit was fairly new! NEVER EVER will they get my money again. Stay away from them....they may be nice until a problem arises. They loose employees because they don't pay them well. What a shame!!!!!!!!! read more

Avoid this cleaners. The owners are dishonest. I went in for tailoring. I was quoted one price when I dropped it off. When I picked my clothing, the charge was almost double what I was quoted. I complained to the owner who was rude and didn't care about losing another customer. This is a dishonest business. You should avoid this place because they will rip you off. Also, their work is not that good either. read more

The worst cleaners I have ever gone too!! The first 2-4 weeks they were nice but then they ruined my pants with bleach or something but they said they did not do it. I wanted to believe them but it happened again with my jacket about a month later that cannot be fixed. They said they did not do it!!! Not worth it to go back!! read more

I love this dry cleaners! Friendly service, good prices, and green cleaning. I highly recommend it. If you're ever in need of cleaning for your work shirts or suits, come to this place. read more

Never a problem with the service. Been going here for years. I recently took my suit in for cleaning. The young lady who processed my order was very professional. Her friendly personality made me feel appreciated. When I returned to pick up my suit. I was equally impressed. The quality of work done makes me want to come back in the future. read more

They do a good job for a good price. Been coming here for years with only a few mistakes. Ask for Gigi, she is very nice and friendly. Definitely recommend this place. read more

This is the first and last time I will ever go here. It was close to my house so I decided to try it. I brought in 5 pairs of cotton pants to be laundered and pressed. They gave me a 10% discount since it was first visit and it was still over $25!! More than $5 per pant to wash and iron. Plus it took them 3 days to get them done. read more

New customer here, new in town.. We called a few local places, and visited two. Met whom I assume is the owner, Jason and he offered to fire up the boiler so I could do a same day (they don't normally do this at 1230pm on a Saturday). The rates are comparable to others, I asked to see an example of a shirt that was ready for pick up and noticed nice attention to detail, and the collar stay cardboard which is a real plus in my book. They also offered local pick up and delivery. Fair price and outstanding service. Looks like the beginning of a great relationship. thanks GiGi and Jason. -Eric read more
