Took some suit jackets to get cleaned here since my dad has been going here for a while. They completely ruined my favorite jacket that cost me $175. I've been going here for over 10 years and I will be going elsewhere from now on! PLANT ON PREMISE?!? FAKE NEWS!!! They still send out most products to be cleaned... where and who's cleaning my clothes and in what facility? I thought when I dropped off my clothes they would clean them. Maybe that why it takes so long! Every time i drop an order off they act like they're doing me a favor by having it ready in three days... I'm not talking about a big order, it's usually three shirts and two pairs of pants. The most recent time I went in, I had a full suit and shirt (3 pieces total, jacket, pants and shirt) and asked to have it back in two days. I also needed a slight seem separation to be mended. The snarky attitude I got was insane. She replied. Uh! Ha no! You need me to clean and stitch a half inch seem? I can't! And my other workers not here tomorrow, I rushed your order (only two shirts) last time and had it ready in two days, can't do it again! I said no problem and went to a dry cleaner by In n Out off the old road at 3:45pm and they will have it ready by next day EOB. Lifesaver! Long story short - if you want inferior service, quality, and to waste your time, please feel free to use Hemingway Cleaners! I'll never be back. read more

Have not used their cleaning services but they did an awesome job hemming a bunch of curtains for me (33 to be exact). The curtains came back pressed and ready to hang. The seamstress did an excellent job matching all the lengths. The hems look like that's how they came from the manufacturer. She even kept the little metal weight inserts in the ones that originally came with weights, and added new ones (provided by me) to the ones that did not originally have weighted bottoms. Expensive for no apparent reason, the two ladies that work there or own the place are in a long standing argument that spills over to customers at times. They just work on the convenience factor. read more

As far as dry cleaners go, this place sets itself apart with their customer service. They go out of the way to try to remember your name and are always accommodating about special requests. For example, sometimes I need my dry cleaning earlier than usual and they are always willing to accommodate my request. Also, I've had alterations done here and they will take the time to make sure they do the job right the first time. As far as prices go, I'd say they are reasonable, especially since my dry cleaning is done on time every time. My only gripe about this place is the hours. I wish they could either open earlier or stay open later. I can't always pick up my dry cleaning by 5pm. Otherwise, this place is reliable, friendly and clean. read more

Hemingway Cleaners makes a lot of mistakes with your clothing and fails to take the initiative to satisfy its customers. I'm finally fed up after several years of service and will no longer take my clothing to this cleaners. I agree Jeanae is sweet and that's why I stayed so long. They do a great job with alterations. They've altered formal wear as well as casual clothing for me and my daughter, and they are always very well done. They are not the cheapest place around, but their work is very neat, and we've never had a problem. read more
