I called to get pricing for dry cleaning on a two piece suite and white shirt. I have toddlers so there were some light stain on the suite but I har strawberry stains in the white shirt. Ani the owner picked up and was very kind on the phone and gave me the fair price. Once I walked into the location, I was greeted by her within 10 seconds. She asked when I needed it by, which was within two days and she said no problem. I went in early day number two and the everything was ready to go. She even gave me a recommendation for a good mens suite place to buy a new one. Ani and her team also do alterations btw. I am newer to Santa Clarita and very happy to have found Unique Cleaners. I am going to be a life long customer for sure. read more

I've been using Unique Cleaners for nearly 20 years now. Service has always been amazing. In 2 decades I've never had an issue. Tonight (Saturday) I had the most amazing experience. I was going out of town on Monday for the week and had forgotten to pickup my clothes. My wife emailed the business and Ani immediately responded and was kind enough to come back to work hours after they were closed to open and give me my clothes. This is customer service that is rare to find these days. I cannot recommend Unique Cleaners enough. You will not be disappointed. read more

First, you walk in and don't immediately get hit with the musty-chemical smells like you do every where else. Their place looks and smells clean. The clothes came out great, they did some alterations fast without charging extra. Their prices are reasonable. Our clothes smell nice, the cleaning is excellent- and they are friendly (rare). Why else would someone want to put clothes against their body that isn't perfectly clean. This is the right place. read more

Owner and staff are great and always have everything ready on time. There's so many great things to say about them however their professionalism, honesty and integrity is paramount. They even had things ready for me on a rush order with no advance notice and about 6 hours until i needed my suit read more

I cannot begin to say what an incredible job Unique Cleaners does. I brought in two quilts, both heavily stained, that I got at an antique store. I'm sure the stains had been on these quilts for years. I didn't think anyone could get the stains outI am so happy to say they look amazing! Thank you Unique Cleaners, you guys are great! I also brought in a wedding dress that was severely stained with wine and now it looks perfect. I don't even live near this cleaners but I drive there because they are the only cleaners I trust! read more

Took some pants in to get altered. They did not do them right. One pants leg was higher than the other. Had to wait for them to fix them. They told me that they would be ready a certain date and when I went to pick up, they weren't ready because they forgot to mention to me that the seamstress was on vacation. After paying extra because according to them, they were wider leg. It was more work and paying for them to be steamed. It was a pain to deal with them and unfortunately, we not be using them in the future. read more

The service is outstanding. I been using them for 20 years and never had an issue. Their staff is courteous and extremely helpful.

I found this company on Yelp and trusted the good reviews, so I came in. I was immediately greeted and given full attention. I had several garments that needed altering, but each was tended to quickly and with detail. I had such a great time while I was there, we laughed about the odd original sizing of the garments. The alterations were ready in about 4 days and although the price was higher than originally quoted, she was so sincere in explaining to me what happened, that I didn't mind. I will definitely come back again! read more

They ruined a brand new pair of jeans I purchased and would not replace them. I took them there for a hem and they were cut 2 inches too short so they no longer fit me. The worst part was they were the last pair at the store and I loved them (was so excited about them). I found another pair online but the owner refused to purchase them because she would have had to pay full price when I purchased them at a discount (I was honest with her about the price I paid). It shouldn't have mattered. They ruined them so they should have replaced them, its as simple as that. They paid me what I paid for the pants but I can't replace them for the same cost so it doesn't matter. I will never do business here again. To top it all off the owner was very rude and condescending and cut me off every time I tried to talk. She kept my pants too (which was very odd). read more

The dry cleaning services for my coat was overpriced and although this business offers coupons online they are very picky when you present the coupon to them, therefore not sure why they are advertising them. Will be taking my business to a different dry cleaner in the future that is more affordable and customer friendly. read more

I have used Unique Cleaners twice. Very pleased with the quality, the service, and the owner's attention to detail. As luck would have it, I waited until the last minute to pull out a white dress I was planning wear at a gala. Well, to my surprise, the dress had stains all over it. I went to Unique Cleaners in the hope of having the dress cleaned within an hour, so that I could take it with me out of town but that's not a service they offer. The nice lady recommended that I take the dress to another cleaner in Mt. Juliet, which I did but they don't offer the service either so at that point I decided to leave the dress and pick it up when I returned from out of town. I picked up the dress, from the other cleaner and they weren't able to get the stains out but charged me an amount of money that I didn't think was fair, in light of fact the dress was returned to me in the same manner. I had only worn dress once so I decided to try my luck and take it back to Unique Cleaners to see if they could get the stains out. Well, they were able to get the stains out and I have worn the dress and received tons of compliments. Bob called me and I asked him how was to able to get the stains out and he said he's been in the business for 30 years. Let me tell you, it's obvious he's been the business for 30 years because when I thought all hope was lost they were able to get the stains out. I am totally sold on Unique Cleaners and will never go to another cleaners again. read more

I would go out of my way to bring my clothes to Unique Cleaners! I just can't say enough good things about them. Recently, I brought in my wedding dress that got wine stains at the bottom. I didn't realize someone had spilled wine on the floor (at my reception) until I noticed my dress in ruins. I was in tears when I brought it to Unique Cleaners. Ani was so kind to me and assured me she would do her best. Not only did they get the stains out COMPLETELY, but the dress looks even better than it did the day I got married.
