Went into get my Maid of Honor dress hemmed, and received it back with a stain! It was not a cheap service either, just had length taken off the bottom and it was $65. Was super disappointed and did not have time to get it cleaned elsewhere before the wedding. I DO NOT recommend. read more

Prices are a bit high for the quality received. I had to re-lint my suit after I got it fully dry cleaned. There was a tie in my suit jacket, and instead of calling to see if I wanted it cleaned they did it anyways and charged me $5 (which I wouldn't wanna do anyways). Small things like those make me want to go elsewhere. read more

I went back the day it was promised to me. It wasnt ready. The lady pleaded with me to give them 1 more day because they were getting a new "special" pretreatment spray. I came back again tonight and was told that they could not remove the oil stain. I asked if I can get a refund and was told "NOTHING IS GUATANTEED, WE CLEANED IT 3 TIMES, I SHOULD CHARGE YOU." There is no way to prove that they've "cleaned" your clothes, and when you realize they didn't clean it, it's not guaranteed. Yes, they may press/iron it, but they dont actually clean it, I have learned. Maybe their prices are that way because you are paying to get your clothes ironed, but not cleaned. They dont deliver on their promise. I don't care about $9 I paid to dryclean a dress. What is disappointing is that they promised something and did not deliver, and even tried to make it seem as if I owed them. The fact that they would not refund $9 tells me they are not not willing to be accountable for what they promise to customers, nor are they concerned with customer satisfaction. I wasted my time making this stop every time they said it would be done. Waste of time and money. I will not endorse this place again as they've lost my trust. read more

I had been going to this place for about a year, then the pandemic hit. I was working remotely so I didn't have any need for dry cleaning but wanted to support the local businesses so I took in a HUGE load of clothes. When I picked them up they still had stains, pulling, hadn't been tailored, and just didn't seem clean. They also didn't return my dry cleaning bag, which was one of my favorites. They got a severe stain out of my Jean jacket, and all of my suits have come back looking brand new. A friend recommended this place and did not oversell. The pricing is the cheapest I have come across, and the customer service is excellent. Parking can be an issue, depending on the time you stop by. It is probably one of the smallest parking lots you will ever see... seriously. The parking, and the parking alone, is the only reason I did not rate them 5 stars. Normally I would not let parking affect my rating, but I think it is important for this type of service. Most people are in a rush when they drop off or pick up drycleaning, and do not need a lack of parking spots (or a minor car accident) slowing them down. Overall, while I am a fan, it is a bit out of the way for me. I likely will not become a regular myself, but would definitely recommend them to anyone that lives or works close by. read more

At first this place was great. I was giving them a lot of business. My last experience I brought in 14 shirts and a pair of pants. When I went to pick up I was only given 13 shirts back and a pair of pants. My ticket clearly showed 15 items and I always count them out with the counter person. I asked what happened to the missing shirt. They said only 14 items were dropped off. I showed them the original ticket of 15 and then they showed me their copy and someone had crossed out 15 and wrote 14. I said I know I dropped off 15 they denied it and did not accept accountability nor did they offer to look for the shirt or suggest a reimbursement. Ok, now I am out of a $150 shirt that was discontinued and cannot be replaced. A week later I was getting a shirt out and noticed they washed a shirt that was only supposed to be dry cleaned. The shirt is damaged and cannot be replaced. This was a specialty shirt that I bought in Singapore and was worth $250. I will never use this place again. This is a poor excuse of a laundry mat. I have been coming to Minnie Max cleaners for 8+ years. I have tried the other bigger cleaner chains i.e. Flair, etc, but they cannot beat Minnie Max. While they may have fancier gadgets or present with impressive tracking systems, they can never compare to the outstanding service you get at Minnie Max. Minnie Max bends over backwards to make things convenient for their customers. Plus they are less expensive than the bigger chains. They are extremely friendly and they always remember your name. To me, that is key. They offer tailoring too. I doubt I'll ever find a cleaners that meets my needs better than Minnie Max. read more

Great dry cleaner, and the owner (I believe) goes above and beyond for customer service. My boyfriend had dropped off shirts and desperately needed them cleaned asap. The older man working stayed 45 minutes late when we got stuck in traffic to make sure that we could get the shirts for him.
