They are always so sweet and quick here, I've gotten wedding guess dresses pressed and steamed, my graduation gown pressed, and dresses shortened and hemmed and everything is always perfect! They are so affordable and are just wonderful! read more

Jose was so kind and helpful! The alterations were done on 10 shirts. Changing from crew and v-neck to all scoop neck. The work was beautiful; absolutely flawless! The turnaround was incredibly fast. Best cleaners around-by far! Thank you! read more

Everyone that works there is very nice. Ruth is very kind and understanding. But the seamstress...I don't know who did the job but one of my pant legs was shorter than the other. I'd be very careful with an expensive dress or pair of pants if you get them altered there. I don't trust the alteration. read more

They are super nice, quick, and they do fabulous job. My son takes his uniforms there. They do a great job.

Great job on my shirts pants and sewing up my sweater. They will be my go to cleaners from now on!

Went into get my Maid of Honor dress hemmed, and received it back with a stain! It was not a cheap service either, just had length taken off the bottom and it was $65. Was super disappointed and did not have time to get it cleaned elsewhere before the wedding. I DO NOT recommend. read more

We had my husbands suit tailored here for a wedding. They were very kind, easy process and it took just a couple days. We would definitely be back if needed! read more

0000 stars Worst experience ever. I was recommended here from Perfect Tux. They did a horrible job at alternating my sons Tuxedo and left it uneven.... I was disappointed and very angry. They are suppose to be "the best" and I got a cheap job. Pleas save yourself the trouble and do not go there read more

Quick and affordable service! I had a few pieces I needed dry cleaned prior to Prom and they were able to accommodate without any extra charge. I highly recommend this place! read more

Best service hands down always wonderful people and pricing is exceptional would highly recommend

Thank you for being so helpful! Fast and friendly service. Did a great job with my bunch of clothing. read more

Great service at a good price. Very timely and efficient and good hours as well. (I never review anything, but I felt they deserved the 5 stars) read more

This is the best local dry cleaners shop that will give you best value and reliability - your clothes will be available when they say it will be. I have lived in Stevenson Ranch for 21 years and have tried other local shops and over 15 years ago found this local business and have recommended them to family and friends. I go to the one across the church on Lyons in Newhall. Once I find a place I love that checks off my list and never disappoints, I stay with them and this dry cleaners has been it for me. This place is highly recommended! read more

Prices are a bit high for the quality received. I had to re-lint my suit after I got it fully dry cleaned. There was a tie in my suit jacket, and instead of calling to see if I wanted it cleaned they did it anyways and charged me $5 (which I wouldn't wanna do anyways). Small things like those make me want to go elsewhere. read more

I went back the day it was promised to me. It wasnt ready. The lady pleaded with me to give them 1 more day because they were getting a new "special" pretreatment spray. I came back again tonight and was told that they could not remove the oil stain. I asked if I can get a refund and was told "NOTHING IS GUATANTEED, WE CLEANED IT 3 TIMES, I SHOULD CHARGE YOU." There is no way to prove that they've "cleaned" your clothes, and when you realize they didn't clean it, it's not guaranteed. Yes, they may press/iron it, but they dont actually clean it, I have learned. Maybe their prices are that way because you are paying to get your clothes ironed, but not cleaned. They dont deliver on their promise. I don't care about $9 I paid to dryclean a dress. What is disappointing is that they promised something and did not deliver, and even tried to make it seem as if I owed them. The fact that they would not refund $9 tells me they are not not willing to be accountable for what they promise to customers, nor are they concerned with customer satisfaction. I wasted my time making this stop every time they said it would be done. Waste of time and money. I will not endorse this place again as they've lost my trust. read more

Where to even start. I've had to come here many times in a bind, needing something tailored and/or dry cleaned as fast as possible and they've always come through. They are the nicest, most courteous folks. Quality alterations, impeccable pressing. Highly recommend! read more

Ruth is the best! I've been going here for many years and they do a great job. If there's ever an issue with a stain or a crease, they take care of it right away. Highly recommend! read more

My favorite cleaners in the valley. They don't overcharge you like every other place in Santa Clarita does. They understand they're just dry cleaning a shirt they're not building it from scratch read more

I live in Newhall so I always like to support small businesses in this area. Minnie max cleaners has the best customer service and they are always friendly and happy. Two days before a wedding I was in I noticed there was a hole in my dress, I took it in to them and what would normally have taken a week to fix, they did me a favor and got it done in 24 hours. I was so grateful.I enjoy coming in and giving them my business. read more

I had been going to this place for about a year, then the pandemic hit. I was working remotely so I didn't have any need for dry cleaning but wanted to support the local businesses so I took in a HUGE load of clothes. When I picked them up they still had stains, pulling, hadn't been tailored, and just didn't seem clean. They also didn't return my dry cleaning bag, which was one of my favorites. I imagine because it was from another business. I'm sad to say I won't be returning here. read more

After nearly 10 years living in Santa Clarita and going through a host of local cleaners. Some even soliciting for your business door to door. We settled on Minnie Max a couple of years ago. Friendly service and really good results. read more

See all

I've been going to Minnie Max for a few years now and have never been disappointed by the quality of their work and their amazing customer service. They got a severe stain out of my Jean jacket, and all of my suits have come back looking brand new. I once forgot I dropped off two pairs of slacks, called them OVER A MONTH after to see if I had dropped them off, they still had them, were very kind about it and didn't charge me extra even after I offered to pay for the inconvenience I caused. I highly recommend them to anyone who asks me about dry cleaning and will be going to them for the foreseeable future. read more

Happy I found this business. Reliable service and good value. Friendly customer service. I will use this business again in the future. read more

A friend recommended this place and did not oversell. The pricing is the cheapest I have come across, and the customer service is excellent. Parking can be an issue, depending on the time you stop by. It is probably one of the smallest parking lots you will ever see... seriously. The parking, and the parking alone, is the only reason I did not rate them 5 stars. Normally I would not let parking affect my rating, but I think it is important for this type of service. Most people are in a rush when they drop off or pick up drycleaning, and do not need a lack of parking spots (or a minor car accident) slowing them down. Overall, while I am a fan, it is a bit out of the way for me. I likely will not become a regular myself, but would definitely recommend them to anyone that lives or works close by. read more

Yeah, sadly I agree with the folks reporting the clothes are just being pressed. Not cleaned. So now I have really nicely ironed dirty clothes, which is gross. Nice lady though. read more

Ruth is so friendly, and I was able to pick up my clothes a week later as I was out of town, without an extra fee! Friendly service and good results. read more

At first this place was great. I was giving them a lot of business. My last experience I brought in 14 shirts and a pair of pants. When I went to pick up I was only given 13 shirts back and a pair of pants. My ticket clearly showed 15 items and I always count them out with the counter person. I asked what happened to the missing shirt. They said only 14 items were dropped off. I showed them the original ticket of 15 and then they showed me their copy and someone had crossed out 15 and wrote 14. I said I know I dropped off 15 they denied it and did not accept accountability nor did they offer to look for the shirt or suggest a reimbursement. Ok, now I am out of a $150 shirt that was discontinued and cannot be replaced. A week later I was getting a shirt out and noticed they washed a shirt that was only supposed to be dry cleaned. The shirt is damaged and cannot be replaced. This was a specialty shirt that I bought in Singapore and was worth $250. I will never use this place again. This is a poor excuse of a laundry mat. Customer beware!!! read more

It seems like Jose & Ruth have owned Minnie Max forever! I believe they were in this spot since 1988! Can it be? As others have said, they have the best service and lowest prices of any dry cleaning business I've patronized in the SCV. And they always do it with a smile. Don't be scared away by the location on Lyons Avenue. It's worth the drive! read more

I have been coming to Minnie Max cleaners for 8+ years. I have tried the other bigger cleaner chains i.e. Flair, etc, but they cannot beat Minnie Max. While they may have fancier gadgets or present with impressive tracking systems, they can never compare to the outstanding service you get at Minnie Max. Minnie Max bends over backwards to make things convenient for their customers. Plus they are less expensive than the bigger chains. They are extremely friendly and they always remember your name. To me, that is key. They offer tailoring too. I doubt I'll ever find a cleaners that meets my needs better than Minnie Max. read more

Super fast, and always so polite!! Every time they do a great job! Will only come here for my dry cleaning and alterations!

This place has gone downhill lately and to make matters worse, they even raised their prices. No Thank You! Also, I could never find parking. They only have a few spots and they are very tight. If I'm going to pay Flair prices, then I will just go to Flair and get top service. At least before, I could say they had cheaper prices, but not anymore. They charge the same as everywhere else. Don't bother. Also, the woman that works there has a bad attitude. No Thanks! read more

My wife takes my shirts to Minnie Max and they turn out great every time. They are reliable and affordable. I would recommend them.

My family & I will only go to this dry cleaner. They have great prices, are fast & the people that work there are great.

Go somewhere else There's no parking The service is terrible Prices are the same as everyone else so no incentive there And the guy at the counter has a creepy smile The only upswing is that there's many more dry cleaners around the area so you'll probably find a decent one down the street or within distance read more

I live in LA but work in Valencia.. I will only ever take my cleaning here. They are economical, friendly and really fast. If you drop your cleaning off in the afternoon, you can pick it up after six the next day. I love when places remember your name-- I'm a sucker for great service, and Minnie Max never does me wrong. read more

Love this place. Ruth is always so friendly and cleaning has always been done quickly and right the first time for us. I don't know how but Ruth remembers my name every time. Two thumbs up read more

Friendly service! Always able to get next day orders. They remember me when I come in and call me by name. Great place.

Always great service and prices! Love them! They go above and beyond! Same day service! Alterations are awesome and inexpensive

I have been looking for cleaners up in SCV for a while now and finally found one that I love. I ended up here thanks to a coupon I received in the mail and drive here from Valencia because I love them so much. There are several close to me but they can't match the price or the quality. PRICES The prices here are awesome. Pants are $3.25 and shirts are $1.50 I believe. Uniforms are not much more. When you compare that to other cleaners near us, you can't even match that price with coupons at places like Flair and others I pass along the way. SERVICE The service is great. There is never a wait and the staff is so friendly. There are always at least 2 people working too. My clothes are always ready on time and they do a great job cleaning them. read more
