Used this dry cleaning for the first time had them dry clean a wedding guest dress another chiffon dress a skirt and a leather jacket. The lady at the desk was very nice and very helpful. She explained to me their alteration process as I did have her sew one of my dresses. She was very sweet. For my leather jacket she did explain to me how they would have to send it to their other location and was very educational on the process and was very transparent on the price. When I went to pick it I had the same great customer service! Would highly recommend !! read more

I came here once to drop off and pick up my mom's dry cleaners. Customer service was great. My mom was happy with her dry cleaning. I like the idea that they give you a ticket when you drop off clothes and text you when your clothes are ready. Prices are fair as well. :) read more

I can't say enough great things about this alterations shop! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with professionalism, warmth, and a clear attention to detail. My husband has been coming here for awhile and always raves about them! Glad I listened. Their turnaround time was so fast, they were able accomodate my last second bridesmaids alterations & made the process so so easy! If you're looking for quality work, friendly service, and someone who genuinely cares about how you look and feel in your clothes, look no further. read more

I needed a bridesmaid dress hemmed for an upcoming wedding and found SCV Cleaners through Yelp. I ended up bringing in 4 other dresses to be hemmed along with the bridesmaids dress and worked with Antoinette to pin and size everything. She was so nice and helpful, and you can tell she truly takes pride in her business. I was so happy with my first experience dropping my dresses off I recommended my mother in law drop her dress off to be hemmed as well. We both picked up our dresses last week and they look perfect! Very happy with the quality and accuracy of the work, and the price was very reasonable. Definitely recommend!! read more

I have been using SCV Cleaners for years and have never found a dry cleaner that I trusted more than them. The owners are really nice people who are very hard working and the staff are all very friendly and know me by name. I have never once had any issues with the cleaning service or alterations and highly recommend them for either. read more

Recently dropped off my husband's suit to be cleaned. This family owned business was very professional and reliable. The woman at the front asked me when I needed the suit by, printed me a ticket and I was on my way. I wasn't in a rush, so 2 weeks later my husbands suit was ready and I picked it up. It had been cleaned, pressed and bagged up, ready for the next occasion. SCV cleaners was affordable and I noticed that they also do alterations. We will return in the future whenever we need something cleaned or altered. read more

How often does a dry cleaner know your name? Albert and Jerry do! They have been our cleaners for five years. They do beautiful work and they even deliver. They have saved me when I needed my dress same day, or had a lost button. Albert even made my husband's wedding vest. They are simply great: worry free, reasonably priced and super friendly. Totally recommend! read more

I honestly wish I can give 0 stars I am so dissapointed in how my skirt was tailored. She ruined a beautiful skirt and runied the only outfit I had to wear for a concert. The lady that tailored my skirt was also so rude when I went in to get my skirt tailored. I'm surprised they gave it back to me without saying anything and on top of that making me pay for something that was done so horribly read more

Yelp needs to start adding negative star ratings because certain establishments deserve just that. One star just to be able to write a review does not hold true to certain experiences. Moved to the area from Culver City not too long ago and needed to find a dry cleaning home so I figured let's give SCV a try since it's a mile from home and right by my nail salon. Last week I walked into this EMPTY cleaners no customers in sight but me, a lady (turns out her name is Lisa) sitting behind a desk very reluctantly and with no urgency to secure business steps forward. The minute she opened her mouth I should've walked; "what can I do for you" she mumbles with a very annoyed tone. Disagreeing with my gut to leave I proceed to hand over my business. I ask her how much and she tells me "wait let me check", again the tone very off putting. She tells me it would be 23$ but since it's my first time they'll do 15% off. Ok Thank You. I returned today to pick up when she told me it would be ready. I prayed to have a kinder encounter but again her she comes from behind the desk to the register with the same energy. This time she tells me "I'll be with you soon", mind you it's only me in the store. Respectfully I stand back and wait some 3 min or so minutes for her to signal me. I give her the ticket she brings me the garment and tells me that they removed a tag I requested to have left on. I ask her where it is she rolls her eyes to the side snd says will you let me tell you". W0W. Now I've had it and I ask her if there's a problem? She answers the question with a question by asking me if there's a problem, so I proceed to tell her how short and unwelcoming she was when I dropped off and that today again she is acting like she is providing me a service for free. Now she wants to argue and I tell her to let me pay so I can leave. I ask her the total and she tells me again to wait, she rings it up and it totals almost $24. I tell her that last week she said it would be 15 percent off, she says: "first of all 20 percent". I say ok so what was the original price?.. She says: $27, I look her dead in her eyes & tell her that last week she told me $23 with 15 off but, it's ok I say. She turns white because this is what people do when they're lying and you call them out. While I'm paying I tell her that she needs a course in customer service she tells me we don't need customers who think they're better than people, I proceed to say that never in my life do I think or act like I'm better than anyone. I asked her if she was the owner and she said "Yes", I told her she would never have to worry about my spending my dollars here again. Lisa with that unhappy disposition you will run your business into the ground if in fact you are the owner. Also, people don't necessarily think they're better than you, it may just be that you think that they are. That is your problem not theirs. Do better! you'll have to change your attitude to attract success there's too much competition in your industry and with the economy being the way it is people aren't frequenting dry-cleaners. Lastly when you lie you get lied to. P.S. Save yourself the money & energy drainage and go give your business to people who make you feel welcomed. read more

I have been here several times--they do fine with the dry cleaning services and the woman working here is lovely. A while ago, I found the perfect dress for my bachelorette party that needed to be lined. When I came to pick up the dress, only the bottom was lined. I told the woman working there that I need the whole dress lined. She said "yes, I thought that's what you said, I'll let him know." If she thought it was incorrect why not call me instead of waiting till I am there to pick it up? I was worried since I was leaving for my bachelorette party in 3 days and she said they would TRY to have it done by then. Luckily I was able to pick it up, fully lined the morning before I left. Most recently I brought in a blazer that needs to be altered and was told I would need to drive to the Canyon Country location to get it pinned, since that's where the tailor works. No thanks, there are plenty of places that do alterations in Valencia. I don't think the Valencia location should advertise alterations. The tailor is in Canyon Country and it is frustrating when it is done wrong, or when I literally have to be turned away for a service they advertise. read more

This place was able to fix my leather jacket! Absolute lifesavers, it had a huge rip in the elbow and they stitched it right up! I was told by another cleaner that it was unfixable. My jacket looks good as new for the price of $25! Very impressed with the service. read more

I've been meaning to write this review. I went by, as a favor for my son, to drop off his clothing at this cleaners. He was returning a shirt that still had a stain near the top collarbone area. I was also dropping off another item of his. The front cashier or whomever she was...extremely rude. She felt the need to tell me my son could no longer return shirts when under arm stains don't come out. Why was she telling me this? That's not what this shirt issue was. She goes "they've already told him but this is a different issue. " I'm thinking right, so why mention it then? I asked her who are "they" who told him. Long story short the lady just had an attitude and I asked her what was with the attitude and she was like "Well that's a first. Just because I'm animated doesn't mean I have an attitude" she said. I said "I doubt if it's a first." Maybe she's friendlier w/ others but immediately upon dealing w/her I detected implicit and explicit behaviors. (Let the reader use discernment. ) Fast forward a week after and my son picked up that shirt and it ended up getting tears from where the material had weakened. Coincidence? We don't know but just based on the lady's bad, contentious attitude he is done with SCV cleaners and I would not recommend them based on the terrible customer service. read more

The staff and service are fantastic. Cleaning is always well done. Albert is the best tailor in Santa Clarita.

Attendants are always pleasant. Has an ok turnaround. Parking is ok. Shop is never crowded. A bit pricey. But it's clean and organized.

We've used their dry cleaning and alteration services. Each time, the owner and staff provide excellent and friendly service. I needed to alter a dress last minute one time, and Albert was able to do it for me when no other cleaner was able to. He did a fantastic job. He recently altered our daughter's prom dress, and again, he did an amazing job. read more
