Look up and you will see (signs) which washers are good for the amount of wash you have. Down fall is that you can't just put coins directly into the machine. You need to purchase a "card" and put money in it. Washing and drying is set at a price point so you won't be able to put the exact amount on your card. Now we have some stupid amount left over on the card we probably won't use again. You should be able to return the card and get the balance back! This is how they make the "extra" back. Pretty good scam. lol...this happens cuz they put 79 cents as a price for 11 minute drying. It will never add up to the amount you put on your card. They have plenty of choices for detergent, softener and dryer sheets to select in the machine if you forgot yours or need. Perfect for these unplanned usage. There wasn't a lot of carts to use so I would suggest adding more. Plenty of parking in the lot. 3/5/2024 Thank you to the owner for writing back. Going through hard times, and sometimes having to use a laundromat is part of the hard times. With…read morethe 4.5 star ratings I had hoped it would be easy, clean, reasonable to use, but that is far from the reality of this place. There is no attendant to help. There is no one available to give you refunds on a washer, if in the event it's not clean. The washer was full of toilet paper, hair, Bobby pins, and it wasn't even noticeable until the loader started filling with water. I am not made of money, and wasting almost $3 of change on a dirty machine was very frustrating. And had me in tears as soon as I was notified that there was nothing I could do. I don't understand why the machines don't give your money back, and I don't know how people can use a dirty washing machine. If you have money to waste and don't care about a clean place to wash your clothes then I'm sure this place will be just fine for you. The side loader washing machines are $4. And $6 to dry. The top loader machines are $2.75. I guess you get what you pay for? ‍
