Aw, I was really hoping to have a good experience here. But the reviews are right. The gal who "helped" me couldn't have been more apathetic, or any less reassuring that my package would be taken care of properly. I brought my own tape, box, & label for a private UPS shipment. She wanted to treat it like an Amazon return to just toss and leave open on a counter. I insisted on taping it closed, and she totally dropped me and did other things essentially still leaving my package unattended on the customer counter. Even when I told her how important it was to me, she was wholly unresponsive and apathetic. No reassurances here. Hopefully the tracking pulls through and it does get to where it's supposed to be going. Scheduled a notary appointment in advanced for a 10:00 AM appointment for time sensitive documents. The staff person looked surprised to have a notary appointment. They claimed they had "forgotten" their notary supplies at a different UPS location and to have me go drive over there where they had forgotten their supplies and to have the manager take care of at the other location. They were laughing about it. They did not offer any apology for the inconvenience of their staff not being prepared for the scheduled appointment or the request to having the customer drive themself to a different location for an unscheduled drop-in. I stopped by this store today because I happened to to be in this shopping center and had an Amazon package to return. When I got inside I realized that my package needed a box to send it back. I told the clerk at the desk and he said he happened to have a bag that I could use, so not to worry about it. He was super friendly and I really appreciated him doing that. I've been returning packages to UPS stores for years and never have I had one to offer a bag or box when I forgot. I'll definitely go back if I'm nearby. read more

If using this location to return Amazon packages, make sure to remove any old shipping labels. Staff dont check whether the box already has shipping labels. So return labels are not going to be placed over any existing label. You'll be left with a headache with the Amazon return if you expect common sense. read more

Went to overnight a laptop computer and was advised by Jose that he was too busy to deal with my overnight package and would not send till the following day. When I agreed to that, but asked for it to be packaged in front of me, Jose advised me he would not do that and if I wanted that level of customer service that I should go somewhere else. After asking for Jose to not be so rude, he then told me to F**k off and then proceeded to call me a f' ng C*nt. I always get top notch service here! Many people must know this! Because sometimes there's a line of a few folks. But the staff is always very helpful, very efficient, and it even seems THEY CARE! Ryan is threatening and raises his voice at customers. Unbelievable that anyone like him is allowed to work in public. Looking through all of the reviews there seems to be a major issue and cycle with Ryan and his attitude. I was informed that there was a $5 holding fee because I didn't pick my package up the day it was delivered. I work until 7:30 which makes it impossible for me to arrive before your store closes. Ryan did raise his voice at me and threatened me. You seem to always never be the problem and it's always the customers fault. You make excuses for your employees when they berate them customers. Whoever is writing the response to this wasn't even there. I asked to speak to the manager and was given an email address. Ryan then stated I should have someone come pick up my package for me. I know there are many negative reviews for this location, and I realize that experiences will vary, but I go here often for Amazon purposes and I've never had a bad experience with the services and particularly with the workers. Just today there were several customers in line and the two workers helping were friendly and pushing to get people out quickly and keep the line moving. They are extremely rude and your packages are likely to be mishandled. Went there to drop off a soda stream cylinder return. A simple process that requires little effort. The guy was angry he had to be bothered , refused to give me a receipt saying he was too busy and find out now that the package wasn't received, now I have to pay sInce I was too trusting. Other neighbors tell me how rude they are. Apparently UPS does not care. Casey (Franchisee) should fire his employee, Jose, who hung up on me several times and when I went to the store to complete paperwork for case on my lost package, he called the police (why?). Went there for a notary, and left. Will never use this business again. The notary, Jose Garcia Velasco is one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. I had six signatures. Jose told me he only does 4 and he will do 6 this time but next time go find someone else. I told Jose that information should be displayed on their website. He said "that's not my problem, that's your problem and you need to figure that out". Then Jose messed up the date in his notary book and had to cross it out and start over. So be it, mistakes happen. Then he messed up my name and my ID #. When I pointed it out, he said "don't worry about it, no one looks at this book except me". Then he messed up the date on one of my forms. In a belligerent tone, he told me I could email him a new one. I was done at this point. I asked Jose for the name & phone # of his manager. Jose went to the back and wrote the name "Casey" on a piece of paper. Then he threatened to call the police. Jose is either borderline illiterate of suffers from dyslexia. He has NO business working as a notary. He is creating a false record because of his numerous errors. I made an appointment for notary. Arrived on time. However, we were told to return later because notary guy had just taken a customer who was inquiring about a shipping issue. There were two employees helping customers, so the employee (not the notary) who was available, offered to take over the shipping issue so that we could get our stuff notarized --however, the Notary guy declined the offer and told us to come back later. We told them that we had made an appointment. They told us they don't honor the appointments . "It's all corporate," they said. The notary guy actually yelled out "go somewhere else!" Don't use the Notary at this office because the Notary that was done by Gabriel was rejected by LA county recorder and the sale of my home delayed for a few days. Gabriel scribbled over the date of notary so the county rejected his sloppy work. Notary people must know that notarizing a legal Deed or any document must be done carefully and properly. This rejected sloppy work caused lots of inconvenience and loss of money and time for buyer and seller and agents involved. This is the second time they screwed my notary. I have notarized lots of documents here but will not be returning. read more

Since they are trying to slander me on my own Yelp page, I will go into more detail about the poor customer service. Not only were the clerks unfriendly, they treated me like I was dumb. I understand that, and that's fine, but I did still have a question about the shipping label and I wanted to recycle the extra packaging I didn't need. I attempted to come here this morning for an Amazon return. I had 3 and hadn't yet pulled up the emails. I came in and told the raspy cigarette voiced hillbilly woman at the counter that I just needed to pull up the emails before I could figure out which one was which. She got very irritated immediately when I told her I had Amazon returns. Rolling her eyes and scoffing. I have never done a return before so I needed some help. I showed her the scan code and she shook her head and with a nasty tone very rudely started her sentence with "first of all, and let me finish"". I wasn't even talking yet I was looking through my email! She said I can't even scan that and I'm not going to be able to figure which one is which either. I was so put off by this woman's attitude I just left and said don't worry I'll just somewhere else do you seem interested in helping me anyway.This woman shouldn't be working in customer service.
