Do not come here!! The owners should be ashamed of themselves the way they conduct this business. I had a very important return go out of this office and they never shipped it out. It cost me over $600 and the lady just hangs up on me every time I call she refuses to look at my tracking or help in anyway, if you have anything important going out, do not use them they do not care about anyone but themselves, not sure how they're even in business. UPDATE: After leaving my initial review, The business owner decided instead of apologizing to email me threatening me if I do not remove the post from Yelp! Not only is it illegal but super disturbing. I'm not perfect but telling some one they are f-ing crazy for the price they are charging is just being honest... Please see pictures below. This man is extremely rude and has zero customer service. From the time I walked in he was very stand-offish. I let him know I was there to print something and that seemed to piss him off more. I then asked where do I forward my email and he just yells "here large letters!" Again super rude, lol. Now I'm wonder how this guy is even still open and he asks me "38 pages?!?" And I let him know 3 times yes before he says a dollars a page! If this isn't price gouging idk what is?? Any where else to print black and white is 10-20 cents.. this man is out of his mind. I attempted to drop off a pre-labeled UPS package to ship off, but the woman owner refused to accept it. She told me to come back two days later, because she didn't want a "large" package sitting there. There were no other boxes even there, but she refused to take mine. I was forced to leave. The WORST place ever!! On Saturday, I tried to drop off a box with 2 barstools to be picked up via FedEx and one of the owners (woman) said she did not have room for it and I had to come back on Monday. I was super annoyed, obviously, but didn't say anything and left. My husband just went tonight around 4:30pm to drop off the same box and they wouldn't take it again! This time the man said FedEx came at 4pm and to come back tomorrow. The sign on the door says FedEx ground pick up is at 5pm and that is what the woman told me! They were extremely rude about it when they should have taken the dang box on Saturday! It's your place of business and that's what your there for!! Freaking nuts and I will NEVER go back to that place!!!! You shouldn't either! They don't deserve the business treating people that way. read more

I've been here many times, for Notary, copies, UPS. I have never had a problem with them. It is closer than the UPS store and convenient. I don't go to make friends, just to get what I need done and that's all. read more

Place is a total rip-off! I had to send my old cellphones back to Verizon. Verizon provided pre-paid postage and a box. I put my phones in the box and brought it to T&M. Every mail place I have ever been to will tape up your box for you. Not this place! I had to purchase the tape... it was 3.99 plus tax. When I handed them my card, my total was $4.37... the man says "I'm going to round it up to $5 ok?" So I'm like "I'm paying $5 for a roll of tape?!?!?" He continues to explain that it's only rounding up 63 cents... I was like whatever and paid it but I don't think that's right. I literally paid $5 for 6 pieces of tape. THIS PLACE IS SIMPLY AWFUL! If all you ever get delivered is small envelopes, you probably won't have an issue, but packages are an entirely different story! First, I had a $1000 computer delivered to this address and they texted me to tell me that it was delivered and that it was sitting on the sidewalk, outside the store, due to space limitations inside. When I arrived an hour later to get pick it up, visibly upset, I said "Why did you do that? What if someone had driven up and snatched it? Would you reimburse me for the cost?" and the owner said "Don't worry, the front window is glass, we keep an eye on it from in here!". Yeah...right. Anyway, the final straw was yesterday. I had a package delivered at about 2pm. I was at work at the time, an hour drive from the store, and didn't get off till 6:30, which is when they close. They texted me and asked me to come pick up the package. I thanked them and said I'd be in first thing in the morning. They texted back and said, "Then we'll charge you a $5 per day storage fee. Is that ok?" I said of course that wasn't ok! How do they expect people that work to be able to take off work early every time a package is delivered??! It's completely unreasonable. The next morning, when I went to pick the package up, they demanded I pay the $5 storage fee. I refused, and immediately closed my box. The other reviewers are right - these people are rude and have really poor business practices. I've had many different p.o. boxes over the years, and have never had one try to charge me for package storage or had one leave my expensive package out on the street! If they don't have enough room in their business to accept packages, then they probably shouldn't run a mail-receiving business...just sayin'. read more

I work for a large company off Commerce Center Drive. We have a daily pick up at my company by FedEx, but many times, I am given urgent shipments to get out after our FedEx Driver has gone. T&M Enterprize is the only place I will go to! They are excellent in every sense of the word! The most helpful people and if a shipment is questioned, they follow-up and ensure that all has been delivered! This is my first choice to bring all shipments, both business and personal! The worst place around with the most rude customer service people. We tired to drop off 6 small packages of UPS but because the UPS driver had just left they didn't want to accept the packages that would be picked up by UPS the next day even though I told her I was fine with them being picked up the next day. Total attitude and wouldn't take the UPS packages. I will never step foot in this place again. read more

This place flat out sucks. Castaic please do not use this place. I've never minded paying A little more to use them, but today I needed about 1" of tape to send a package so I asked the guy who worked there and he gave me a dirty look and said we sell tape. Seriously I don't need to buy a whole roll of tape, and I walked out. I will never spend another penny here. Customer service is the key to success in a small business in a small town especially, and theirs is horrible.. the old owner is missed, sad loss for our community. Went in, very old cramped place. Didn't get greeted but instead was stared at with a blank stare. Was trying to ship out books and the older man helping me was very rude and snappy as if I was supposed to know how to box everything up. Said I needed envelopes when both books could of fit perfectly in box I brought (which they did when I took them to ups later). Was very rude and offered no help what so ever. The nice lady from the ups store I later went to even said she always gets customers from there with similar issues I had. Disgustingly rude don't waste your time or money here. read more

I rent a mailbox at this place, the rental price is very reasonable and it's close to my house. The people here are very friendly and you get good old fashioned customer service. I don't know what it looked like 2 years ago, but it is *not* cramped and crowded and it's very clean and orderly and everything is quite modern. They're at the other end of the strip mall from Ameci's Pizza, plenty of parking. Highly recommended. read more

Certainly not as nice as your neighborhood UPS Store. It's cramped and crowded. The office computer looks ancient and many of the office supplies look faded, as if they've been on the shelf for a very long time. Why 4-stars then? Customer service. Its 8 days before Christmas and I'd been tasked with getting a box of presents to Pennsylvania by Dec 25th. Matt, the guy who I often see working here, despite being very busy, took the time to repack the contents of my much too large box into an efficiently sized box that was half the cost in shipping. Despite the fact that I assured him that nothing in the box was fragile, he still pack everything nice and carefully. Finally, he showed lots of patience going through all the shipping options before I finally decided. Still, he may want to think about shaving more often and not wearing short pants if he's going to continue working in retail... read more

On the way home from Magic Mountain, I stop by this store to get notarized on something i've been carrying in my car. The notary person was so friendly and she said she is there 8:30am to 6:30pm every day! Because I felt so thankful, I purchased a facial mask pack that she was selling in the store. OMG my face was glowing the very minute I took it off from my face. I've got many compliments the very next day. I odered more from her after. I was also amazed how this store can do all three delivery services. UPS, FEDEX and USPS!!! She picked the most inexpensive delivery service for me to receive the products. It was a Friday and close to 5 when I found that I had to get a package to NY by Sunday. I ran to USPS and the employee said it was too late. The USPS Express driver was still behind the counter and offered to wait, but the customer support person told him to go. I decided to try T & M to see if there was still a way to get the package to NY. By this time it was just minutes before 5PM. The customer support there was amazing. They said it was going to cost me, but my parcel would arrive by noon Saturday. The two employees (owners?) tag teamed to get the info into the computer, the materials into a package and the item ready for shipment in a few minutes, even wrapping the item better for security. The package arrived as promised on Saturday by noon. read more
