Long review, but worth the read! I actually go out of my way to come to this location. If you've ever been to the one on Copper Hill Drive, you'll understand why. That branch stresses me out every single time. The energy is tense, the staff is rude, and I DREAD walking in. This place? Complete opposite. The team here is joyful, warm, and genuinely kind. They're talkative in the best way- joking with customers, laughing with each other, and making you feel totally at ease even when you're walking in with a mountain of packages like I did yesterday. The vibe is positive, team-oriented, and it shows. You can just tell these people actually like their jobs and like each other. The woman I believe is the manager deserves a special shoutout. She's so pleasant, and it's clear her team genuinely enjoys working for her. That kind of culture doesn't happen by accident. She creates it! Seriously, if Copper Hill is your default, do yourself a favor and make the drive to this location instead.10/10, will always come here. read more

Jen and Drew were tremendously helpful packing a hand made children's rocking horse. Drew was especially careful bubble wrapping and boxing this large and bulky item. Jen, while helping other clients, multitasked and took time to ensure my shipping info was correct and completed my transaction in a timely manner. Leadership lacks accountability and sets bad example for her team. I went in during a slow shift on a weekday to inquire about a package I dropped off. Jillian's (the manager - unfortunately) only response was that drop off packages are "out of their hands," and her attitude grew increasingly rude when I tried asking about who I could go to for information. Instead of giving me resources or actually helping, she only seemed interested in acting like stuck up a high school mean girl. GROW UP. Set a better example for your young employees, who no doubt will leave the store and actually pursue a career. I was back the following week and asked an employee, Charlie, for advise and he was able to give me a phone number. Jillian is a horrid excuse for a manager. I've come in a few times in the past few weeks to ship and she is consistently rude and condescending to customers and even her own staff! The kids working there are half her age and have more customer service skills and class than she could ever dream of amounting to. If you're gonna come here, do yourself a favor and make sure she's off. Every question is answered with sass, deflection, and blame on the customer. I've known the owners of this store and their sister store on the East end of town, and its so disappointing to see they're letting her run their business into the ground. read more

Go back to the UPS store, they are COMPLETELY hands off. Call UPS. Zero accountability. Just get you out of the store so they can take more $ from others. I have been coming here for years and every since this one employee, I believe aurora, left the store everything has been AMAZING. So much faster, smoother, and everyone is so nice and helpful especially Jillian. Unreliable and not up to date. Had a note about a missed delivery at 4pm. Said my package would be at the local store. Show up the next day at opening time. Package is not there. Ask the gentleman at the desk about it and the lady I'm assuming is the lead stepped in and blurted out it's not here and doesn't know but will be here later in the morning. I've already missed work this morning for this and now I need to leave work early again because they close at 5. Terrible customer service or tracking system. Parkikg can be difficult on a busy day but please be patient. The staff does their best to help everyone in a reasonable time. I think that if you use this outlet for dropping off packages you might come out with a 3 star review. Make sure you don't need to make a copy or print anything. It gets real pricey now. If they have to use your USB to print anything they charge you a 3.00 charge labeled as an E-Mail printing fee. Strange even though though I didn't email them anything to print. They just put my USB into the copy machine and found the file and pressed print! Copies cost 1.50 so at the end of the day I paid almost 5.00 to send a package which had a return label prepaid. I know we are struggling in these strange times but I don't see the reason for exorbitant fee's or to use that as a reason to waver our business ethics. read more

I didn't have a printed label or packaged box, the young man provided solutions for both and it cost me less than $2. Earlier that morning I waited 15 minutes in line at the copperhill store only to be told I had to have a printed label and prepackaged box so couldn't help me . Been here a few times to return Amazon products that don't work for me. Haven't really had any issues before this time around. Walked in and no other customer was in the store. Hailey behind the counter "how can I help you" while looking down and taping something else. No "hi or hello". I had 5 things to return, and she seemed very bothered by it. Even though it didn't appear busy in the store and I had all the QR codes and items ready to do. She prints my receipt and says "here you go" with a very dismissive attitude. She probably wanted to finish her sentence by saying "here you go ... get out of the store now". Just feel sorry for her cause it seems like she's having a bad day! I came in because my wife had previously mailed a package of clothing to Mexico and it was returned to our doorstep. I brought it in to figure out why. The staff member that helped me (I think it was a manager but I totally forgot to get her name) was patient and helpful. I was impressed with the amount of time and effort she put forth to try to get me some answers. As it turns out, there are stupid restrictions for mailing clothing to Mexico, due to Mexican policies, not UPS policies. She looked up all the info online, and when I asked her if I could mail it through USPS instead, she called and waited on hold for almost 30 mins to get an answer for me, even when I told her she didn't have to. In the end, she ended up taking the package back and mailing it through USPS for me, and even though the cost was about $20 more than the original mailing price already paid, she did not charge me the difference. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the whole situation could've been avoided if they told my wife the first time she mailed the package that Mexico doesn't accept packages of used clothing, unless it was left behind by a visitor and you can produce proof of the recent visit, i.e. a plane ticket. No, I'm not making this up. This is the Mexican policy (smh). Anyway, when I came back, I was quite impressed with the service I received, so thank you. When I went into the store I don't with a girl by the name of Jennifer and another girl by the name of Caitlin. Caitlin was the one who helped me the most. My family has used this UPS over the years and I have never left with a bad experience. They always have what we need and friendly service. Recently, my mother and I were facing an urgent situation and needed an updated Power of Attorney notarized like yesterday. The owner went above and beyond to help us. We are ever so grateful, to Jennifer and her wonderful team for there superior customer service. When the reps behind the counter understood the challenge we were facing they pulled the owner in and she made a miracle happen. I have been coming to this store location for almost 8 years. I loved the fact that the store was close to my house, Julie and Paulina would always remember my name and would go above and beyond to help with whatever services I needed. They were very helpful, kind and made it feel like a mom and pop store. Now, the last few times I have been in, the new staff is horrible. Zero personality, not friendly, rude, not helpful and act like they know it all at the age of 18. They make you feel like you are bothering them when you walk in. I was inside the store and a lady came to the door and they declined her service when the hours are posted open until 6. It was 5. I will probably not be returning to this store and will have to find a different store to go to. I'm usually in there a couple of times a week. Not anymore. Very dissatisfied. Bring back Julie!!! I have been going to this UPS Store for years. I really liked the service, Julie & Paulina were always kind, fast, friendly and gave correct information every time I went in. Yesterday I went in and was returning items to amazon, I thought I needed a box for one and didn't have one that fit the item. I asked the clerk to look at code amazon gave me to return item see if needed box, she said no. That code is good for them to box item, I asked her if she was sure, she said yes. I said I would come back tomorrow, I did go back and a different clerk said no I need a box, I told her about previous visit, she said they have many new people that aren't trained yet. So I had to make three trips to return item. I will be using a different UPS STORE in the future. read more

We switched to another UPS store after several unpleasant interactions with rude staff members at this location. The first time we went into the store to set up an account, the lady who assisted us (she may have been the owner), was friendly and efficient. Unfortunately, each time we visited the store after that, we found the younger employees to be unprofessional, abrupt for no reason, and disinterested in assisting customers. We wanted to give them a chance, and tried going in with a smile and being very polite, but they didn't greet us and were sullen/rude/lazy each time we had to request something. Over time, we lost confidence in their ability to handle the large amount of personal and business-related shipping we do throughout the year. Since switching to another UPS location on Golden Valley we are much happier. The employees at this location greet us each time we arrive, dress and behave professionally, and jump at the chance to assist their customers. The parking lot is also a lot larger, with more room to load/unload packages, and the store itself is roomy and updated. I would suggest the owner of the Bouquet Canyon store retrain or rehire their support staff, because elevating their professionalism/customer service is a fixable issue, and would make a world of difference to customers who have to go in there frequently. To be fair, we didn't have any issues receiving packages or using their other services at this location, but we couldn't imagine dealing with that consistent rudeness, the cramped parking/store, or worse, having to rely on a frowning/disinterested employee to help us track a lost package. Bottom Line: if a you don't take yourselves seriously as a business, you cannot expect your customers to take you seriously, either. read more
