They're so friendly at this location. At least in my experience. You would think the gentleman that helped me today had only had to help like 5 people all day with how friendly and good spirited he was. Plus he had such a great sense of humor. Sadly good customer service isn't easy to come by anymore so it makes me feel good to see it. It truly is contagious! :) I give "4" stars because it's still the post office and I was there to do a claim because they lost my iPhone... but that's not his fault so he gets a 5 and the usps gets a 3 if I'm being generous so to me a 4 is fair. ;) read more

Beware that they close prior to the times posted on the doors. The "line" is randomly cut on random days.

My wife and I just came back from the post office and we had to post everything for our thank you cards after our wedding. We had more than 200 orders and the attendant that helped us, whose name begins with the letter O, was so kind to us. Not only were they kind and patient, they were personable andfun to talk to you. They made our experience in amazing one. Coming from bigger cities, post offices are rushed and always treated well and sometimes that's also reflected on how they treat customers. That is not the case here. We look forward to sending mail simply for the fact that we get to interact with the person that was attending to us. Well done, Marysville. read more

Went there to get my mail box keys and was told I can't without a rental agreement. Even though I have a recent pg&e bill as well as a comcast bill in that address. You would think a company bill is more credible than a basic rental agreement. read more

I decided to change my mind about returning a package. The guy refused to give it back because the label was created already. It was $170 dollar item in there yet they held onto it like it was their possession. The guy that was attending me was friendly it was the Hispanic guy next to him was who was refusing to hand it back. I reported it to the company and have made a complaint to headquarters. read more

If I could give no stars I would. First guy I talked to (JAS) was so rude. Thanks for the stick up the ass attitude at 9am. That's cool. Smh. Had some questions about opening a new PO BOX and he couldn't be bothered. Told me I had to get the form online (the paper application, which he told me he didn't have in the office) and I asked about ID options and he said "only take what's listed". Cool trying to see if one of the ID's is what was listed. Proceeded to grab his coffee and start to walk away from me while I was still standing at his window asking about the ID. Customer service is unreal these days. Left to print the form and come back to show my two forms of ID to get told that they both have to be printed and digital insurance cards wasn't accepted (would have been nice to know from the first guy) good thing I reserved the box online and it's paid for smh. Don't recommend this shitty post office at all. read more

Honestly I've only ever had good experiences here. I rarely go inside (because I live in the 21st century lol) but when I have it's been perfectly fine. The employees have been friendly & helpful. Our local mail carriers are extremely nice. We recently had one of them inform us we had wasps in our mailbox (we literally just got rid of them too) and she gave us some great tips on keeping them away. My only issue is they have on occasion swapped our mail with my MIL. I'm guessing it's because we have the same last name (we live on totally different street names). Missing packages and mail all the time! If you call quickly enough and file an imaginary complaint the package will sometimes get delivered. I think they like to help themselves to the packages pretty often. Once the carrier was too lazy to attempt delivery and said it couldn't be delivered because it was raining and the package required a signature. We found her and she admitted it.... Overall terrible! Doesn't even deserve 1 star! read more

Was supposed to receive a package today said it was delivered and it wasn't on my front door like tracking says it was. Called them to figure out what I can do to see if I can get a hold of the carrier and the lady said to "drive around" to find the guy. Are you serious? I asked if there was any way I can get in direct contact to see if we can figure out where my package is and she said all I can do is to drive around to find the mail man. Like I can't get some type of a location of where he's been in the past few minutes or anything? Nope, ridiculous. She was beyond rude and I'm just a concerned customer wanting to find my package. Missed a delivery this morning due to work. Called them when I got home and was told I can try to pick up after 4:30pm because that's when the carriers get back. Went to pick up my item at 4:45pm. Was told by a old Caucasian lady that I can't pick it up the same day because they have 70 different routes and all undelivered packages are thrown in a pile and there is nobody to go pull it for me. WTF! She basically didn't want to do her job and help customers. I'm sure undelivered items are sorted by routes and she could have easily looked at my route and located my item. If not, I'm sure they have a system to sort undelivered items or else they are just plain stupid. She shouldn't be in a position to help customers when she doesn't want to. read more

I had my state certification sent to my P.O. Box and the package had DO NOT BEND on it in multiple spots. Normally they would leave a slip in my box stating I had something to pick it, instead they bent it and shoved it through. I went up to the counter and showed them the package clearly showed not to bend so they had me talk with another worker who handles these things. This worker informed me I was the 2nd person to present him with this issue. I told the guy I was frustrated because they just messed up something so valuable to me and it would cost me money outta pocket to replace it. The guy told me sorry but he wasn't going to pay for me something new just frame it and problem solved. It's disappointing that I can't trust the post office to deliver mail properly. I can't say I'll send anything of value there anymore because they are beyond careless and are unaffected by how it effects customers read more

Got a package today a day late.it was knifed open and the bag inside was opened too. Came with a damage sticker and a rubber band around it with the contents spilling out. Called the post office and the guy said theres nothing they can do if its not insured and to call the seller. I'm like a postal worker ripped it open and he's like "o I'm sure it was" and thats it. As of its ok for a government worker to rip open your packages and go through your things! read more

Its been a minute..since i wrote a review..but after almost a full week of dealing with the women..not the men that work here..I NEED to say..THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!..not even apologetic for loosong one of. my boxes..which the carrier..didnt,on one package, even leave a notice..and on the second left no tracking number on notice! God help you if you have to pick up your mail when you had your cluster mail box broken into. On my street in Yuba City my mail box was broken into the day after Thanksgiving. Was told by the Yuba City Post Office I was to go to the Marysville Post Office.The following Monday after standing in the main customer line waiting for some guy to finish mailing his chickens. I told the clerk I needed my mail as my mail box was broken into. After showing my ID the clerk went back and then came back to the window and said no mail. I asked when I would get my mail the clerk told me I will get my mail always a day late. I asked when would my mail box get fixed. I was told they had no idea because it was the holidays. Someone would have to inspect the damage and then wait for it to get fixed and then I would get notified to pick up the keys for it. I asked to rent a PO Box for six months as standing in the main customer line then being told to go to another window to pick up my mail got old very quickly. Found out this Sat. because I now have a PO Box my mail has been sent to San Diego to have the Post Office there put on a label to send my mail back to the new PO Box address with another two to three days delay. You have to ask who is working there direct questions as the workers will not supply any help. This took six days of trying to get answers to my questions. Found out my daughter who was getting her mail at the street mail box. Her mail is being sent sent back to where ever it came from. She had to change the address to the PO Box. No mention of this until Sat until one worker who cared talked to the mail man before he left to bring mail out to my area of Yuba City.This Post Office does not deserve even one star as the red tape makes it not user friendly to a crime victim. read more
