Greg has been out to our house a couple times now. He knows his appliances. First it was our LG washing machine that needed a switch replaced. He ordered it while he was here, it came the next day, then the following day he came out and installed it. Less than $200 installed. I'll do that any day so I don't have to buy a new one. Then a couple months later our refrigerator started leaking water onto the floor. Same thing, he came out, diagnosed it, ordered a new valve switch and installed it. Gary gave us a window between Noon and 2pm. He arrived right at Noon. We had an error on our Kenmore Elite H5 Dryer. After checking the main board he advised it might be bad but there was a good chance he could repair it. About 10-15 minutes later I heard the dryer start up. He tested it several times and even cleaned some hard to get to lint under the catch basket. He cleaned up the area and put everything back together and tested a few more times to make sure it was fixed. He only charged the show up fee of $90 to fix the issue with full 90 day guarantee. I would heavy recommend Kent's Appliance Repair to anyone who wants a quality and rapid repair service with a smile. I'm glad I found him on Nextdoor. I have nothing but good things to say about this business! I called to get a quote on our refrigerator which was making a loud clanking noise every few minutes. It was driving all of us crazy! At first, he said there wasn't an appointment available until the following week. I asked that he keep us in mind in case anyone canceled or he suddenly had space in his schedule. Luckily, he did have a cancellation and was able to come over the same day! He found the source of the problem quickly, ordered a part for us to be shipped overnight, and even showed me how to put the part in to save on him coming back out and incurring more labor cost.
