Their attitude has changed for the worse. Feels like they are doing you a favor and forget that you are paying for a service. They forget thanks to their customers they have a salary and benefits. I've been trying to use UPS as much as I can instead, USPS can go ahead and bankrupt. Used to be my favorite office to go to.

It was very clean. The only issue I have is the way it was set up all the PO BOXES are in the front with the postal worker tucked away in the back. The lighting is not very bright. Understandably the postal worker desk is located in the back because of the bins for shipping in and out are there. The lady postal worker on duty was a very pleasant and helpful person.

It had metered street parking and a very short line of customers inside. I actually dropped my cards into a slot and stood in line for more stamps. A clerk called out, "Anyone want stamps only?" I raised my hand and moved forward! It was a quick transaction. The only improvement would be for the supervisor to not distract the clerk while a transaction is happening! Ha!

Staff members will watch you and ignore you income from hospitality dealing with high volume customers so I wouldn't treat people this same way. Despite their rudeness in the past I've let it go. Today I came in and went to the self-service option and made a mistake and put put my package in the "box" before putting the label the older gentleman said to me rude get over there in line. Who talks like that to another person absolutely disgusting, I expect the rudeness out of one of the ladies but was shocked by him. Definitely call ooh the customer service number. The low reviews here are for a reason customer service is non existent! I'm currently in line it's taken over 15 minutes when it could've taken less than 2 minutes.

And it's bizarre because there is a big parking lot in the back with open spots but signs everywhere saying for employees only. It's a huge location with a bunch of PO Boxes inside, but there's trash strewn about inside & outside, things are messy, it's quite dirty, the poor barrier the staff is behind is covered in carvings - it's just a mess! It must be really hard to work at this location honestly and I applaud the staff for handling so many people in a chill manner. At least the person who helped me was chill and we wished each other good days! :) However there was only 1 staff working thru the line while the other was tied up for the entire 30 minutes I was waiting. It is located at the Farmers Market which…read morecan be a pain to get to because of the traffic congestion in that area, but lucky for you traffic isn't as bad on a Sunday, well Sunday morning. You can access the parking lot from 3rd Street. Remember to take your parking ticket to get it validated. The best way to get to the post office from the 3rd Street parking lot is to take the entrance located near the Banana Leaf restaurant, see picture. That way seems to be the most direct shot to get to the other side of the Farmers Market.
