I have been trying to get a money order refund since august, that was never delivered in May. After giving my drivers license with current address to postal attendant to open up a money inquiry. My refund was issued and mailed to a local business in my area. How this huge mistake was made....I really don't know. But I'm still waiting for cooperate office to get it right and issue a refund. As of today, I have a total of 3 first class letters to family members that never arrived. It seems the only thing the Holt post office can get correct is items shipped priority mail. It's small, but efficient and they provide all the necessary services that you need at a small local post office. There is limited parking on the side and front of the building, but it's pretty infrequent that there's a long line inside either. It's just a nice small local post office that gets the job done.

Free shipping boxes and mailers, great business rates, personal service, care in handling packages, etc. I have yet to have a lost or damaged package that was shipped via USPS, and I ship thousands. I cannot say the same about their competition when I occasionally use them for extremely heavy or large shipments. The New Hudson USPS is rather small, but their level of service exceeds all of the dozen or so other post offices I've visited from time to time. I would highly recommend them
