I have tried a few in the area and have always left wondering where I can go the next time I need help. For the most part they seem to employ what I call gen-Z gamers, and that does not give me much confidence when I walk in. At Computer Alley they ask the right questions and tell you up front what they think will be needed. And the price was reasonable. Highly recommend these guys.

Then I received a voicemail that they were done (before designated date). My husband traveled the 25 miles to pick them up and they said the pants WERE NOT done. When I called to say I had received a vm stating they WERE DONE, they went to look and lo and behold they found them and yes they were finished. However, the workmanship is very poor. Uneven stitching and in some areas the hem is not even caught by the stitching. Very disappointed.

It was a great size but sold mostly machines - just a small corner of fabric. The woman working there was pleasant, answered our questions (except the one that we didn't ask "Where is all the fabric?"). For me to go in a fabric store and NOT SPEND A PENNY is pretty inconceivable. Next time, I will drive to Lansing to shop. Although if you are looking for a sewing machine, they did have a large selection there.

Kolossos created the most beautiful scanned image and Hot press print. The size of the original work required that 2 digital images be created then merged. The quality of image produced by this method looked just like the original and perhaps better, since the color was slightly more vivid and they even photo-shopped out a small hole in the paper. I was extremely happy with their work especially for the very reasonable price and fast turnaround time (~1 day!). The high quality service that I received continued with them packaging and shipping my print. I highly recommend Kolossos for their service and quality of work. I intend to return in the future!
