I found Kolossos online when looking for a place to create a high-resolution scanned image of a…read morepiece of original artwork. Kolossos created the most beautiful scanned image and Hot press print. The size of the original work required that 2 digital images be created then merged. The quality of image produced by this method looked just like the original and perhaps better, since the color was slightly more vivid and they even photo-shopped out a small hole in the paper. I was extremely happy with their work especially for the very reasonable price and fast turnaround time (~1 day!). The high quality service that I received continued with them packaging and shipping my print. I highly recommend Kolossos for their service and quality of work. I intend to return in the future!

I've noticed a drop in quality and countless mistakes. 2 orders in a row were printed with the WRONG COVERS!!! And that's not all, the cover art looked like 3 different covers were printed on top of each others. IT GETS WORSE: They refused to refund me for the defective books!! And my recent order (through their distribution services) had badly printed interior pages but thankfully I was not charged for the books. But with my last order I was given an invoice for $221 but they took $381 out of my bank account without warning!!! Unapologetic. Incompetent. And RUDE!!

I have owned and managed my own business for 25 years, so I understand how important customer care and repeat customers are. I live in Ann Arbor during the fall and frequently ship items back and forth to California, so I regularly use shipping services. I needed to ship two footballs and was fully prepared to pay for the box, shipping, and insurance. However, when I asked to use a small piece of tape to seal the box, I was told I had to purchase an entire roll. The manager was rude and repeatedly stated that their policy is not to provide any supplies to customers. When I asked what it would cost for them to simply put the two footballs in a 14x14 box and tape it, I was quoted $18.99--before the cost of supplies and shipping. My issue was never with paying for legitimate services. It was the petty refusal to provide a small piece of tape, combined with excessive additional charges and a rude, dismissive attitude. This was not my first negative experience at this location--just my last. If this location is independently owned and operated, I hope the owner takes the time to review the pattern of one-star reviews and considers making changes. Consistent negative feedback about customer service should be taken seriously. I cannot recommend this location and will not be returning. There are too many other shipping options available to continue giving my business to a place where customers are treated this way.
