I also used them for my own photography business, and they ALWAYS came through for me. As you probably know, the measure of a company isn't when everything is right, fast and perfect. But when there is a wrench thrown into the process. Greko came out on top when that happened too. If something was wrong, it was fixed IMMEDIATELY and without any kind of .. well.. attitude for lack of a better word. They were always apologetic, and always right on top of getting it right. I found Kolossos online when looking for a place to create a high-resolution scanned image of a…read morepiece of original artwork. Kolossos created the most beautiful scanned image and Hot press print. The size of the original work required that 2 digital images be created then merged. The quality of image produced by this method looked just like the original and perhaps better, since the color was slightly more vivid and they even photo-shopped out a small hole in the paper. I was extremely happy with their work especially for the very reasonable price and fast turnaround time (~1 day!). The high quality service that I received continued with them packaging and shipping my print. I highly recommend Kolossos for their service and quality of work. I intend to return in the future!

Returned the box unopened. They still charged me the 15% restocking fee, noting that I "tampered" with the label and then claimed that the lens itself had wear on the back from being used. I did not even open the box, much less use the lens. Very disappointing customer service experience. I'm not the first person to have reported that the actual item being returned did not match their claims about the item being returned.

Every time we needed assistance with a printer driver or anything, the staff has been easy to deal with and respond very quickly and almost always able to do something with a remote link.
