I occasionally make period clothes for clients, or do alterations on them. This is my specialty, although not at all a major part of my business. When I went to return it, they told me I had an outstanding balance of $180 (which the groom had already paid when he picked up our suits in Ann Arbor). I went ahead and paid it, assuming that perhaps the groom hadn't paid it somehow--I confirmed with him and he said he had. So now we're both out $180 + plus the reservation fee or whatever that is (same thing happened with that). I'm so done. DO NOT USE MEN'S WEARHOUSE. THEY WILL TAKE TWICE THE MONEY THEY SAY THEY WILL.
