Rude employees and inferior workmanship. Was told a pickup date quite emphatically when I dropped pants off to be hemmed (Don't call us. We WON'T call you, just come on that date). Then I received a voicemail that they were done (before designated date). My husband traveled the 25 miles to pick them up and they said the pants WERE NOT done. When I called to say I had received a vm stating they WERE DONE, they went to look and lo and behold they found them and yes they were finished. However, the workmanship is very poor. Uneven stitching and in some areas the hem is not even caught by the stitching. Very disappointed. read more

I am short and often need my clothing shortened. I love the Tailor's Corner for this and have been going there for years. They even do stretchy material t-shirts and do a fabulous job. They do an amazing job tailoring my white coats. The sleeves were narrowed/tapered, they shortened it a bit, and even left holes on the sides to have quick access to my pants pockets. They also tried patching up a jacket I had accidentally created a small tear in. Unfortunately, it didn't hold. I literally sat down while wearing it and it came apart, but to be fair, they warned me that it probably wouldn't hold. The prices are fair and the turnaround time is very quick too. read more

I got my Prom dress altered here within 2 weeks notice, she took about a foot off of the train and tightened the waist part of my dress PERFECTLY all for $85. I definitely recommend coming here for any tailoring service you need, it is definitely worth your money! read more

Super quick and efficient. I went in to get my Wedding dress tailored. I got the dress at resale and there was a few different things wrong with it. (Zipper was messed up, few buttons missing , and needed a bustle). They did an amazing job with the bustle and even put in little snaps so all the layers would flow perfectly while walking down the isle. Took 3 weeks and they called me to let me know it would be ready by noon the day of. Thank you so much! read more

Please Do NOT take your dress here! Not only are the ladies very unprofessional, and the shop is messy, the associates are also rude. I took in an expensive dress for a military ball in there and wasn't sure what to do with the train. She advised me to remove it as I wouldn't be able to dance, it made sense so I agreed.. . I paid $25. Only when I came to pick it up in two weeks she didn't remove the train! She left 6 inches of it on, and when it was hemmed it wasn't even all the way around. SHE was very frustrated, and wanted me to pay $25 again to get it done in a week (when I already gave her the 2 weeks) and said it was my fault and wasn't even sure if she could do it in time because she was "very busy"! She was unwilling to admit she made a mistake, but would only remove an inch for free, which I would certainly trip! She was very rude and was yelling at me in the shop!!! I tried to explain I didn't know what to do at first, but made it very clear I wanted the train removed before I left. She claims I couldn't make up my mind, and wrote to leave the train on on the ticket which i didn't notice as i left it in my car to have it when I picked it up. Even If that was true I was unsure, then why didn't she call and verify what I wanted done? I couldn't believe the service and quality it was just terrible. Now I have to pay someone else to do it again in a week so I can have it done in time. Even though it is the same cost, she is also adding in a built in bra. Regardless I would rather pay ANYONE else to do it. So please do not waste your time or money here go somewhere else! They will surely disappoint you, and are VERY RUDE, and clearly have no idea of the word of Customer Service. YUCK! read more
