Not only are they pricey, but extremely rude. I took some curtains in that had stains on them. Our…read moredog peed on them a few days after we bought them :( The care tag said dry clean only. So I took them to the dry cleaners and told the manager where the stains were and that my dog had peed on them. She said okay no problem, and tagged the stained areas. She didn't say anything else about the fact that the stains may not come out. She said it would cost $45 for the 2 curtains, which was a lot, but I wanted the stains out. I go to pick them up later in the week and before I leave, I take them out of the bag to inspect the stains. and all the stains are still there! Two of them looked a little lighter, but still very noticeable. I looked at her and I told her the stains were still there. She told me, "Well dog urine stains are very difficult to get out." Well she didn't bother telling me that when I dropped the curtains off!! I said this in my head, and was very courteous still and asked if they could re-clean them or give me some kind of discount because no one had told me, they had told me it wouldn't be a problem to get the stains out, and now here we were. And the lady said, "Nope. That will be 45.00 dollars and that's Final!" First of all, she gave me ATTITUDE and was RUDE when I was being very nice the whole time. I used to get my alterations done there, and now they lost my business for that too just because the manager was so rude to me that day. Being a repeat customer, she could have at least been nice about it. I wanted to tell her something back, but I have more dignity than she does, so I paid and left. But NEVER going back there and I urge no one to go there! Oh and by the way, I went home and scrubbed them myself and got the stains out. Lesson learned for me too!
