A&S was first to quickly respond and tentatively answer all my questions. In about an hour, Soslan showed up to take a look at the dryer. He advised in his experience the noise was likely a pulley versus the rollers and provided a fair estimate. Upon disassembling the unit, he updated me on the issue (which was the pulley) and the total cost of the job, which was slightly lower than the original quote! He had the tools/parts on hand and about hour later the dryer was up and running again - noise gone! Soslan is awesome and professional. I appreciated his excellent communication. If I have any other home appliance issues, I will definitely give him a call. NOTE: Invoices are provided and credit cards are accepted via PayPal card reader. I sent him funds direct from the PayPal app. Thank you again Soslan!

I did my research and had it narrowed down to a couple different companies. I chose DUCTZ of Mid Michigan even though the price was a little higher. I was impressed with the reviews and thought to myself "you get what you pay for" I was very happy with the work that was done, the guys called in the morning and asked if they could come a little earlier which worked out perfect. The guys were at the house for about 3- 3 1/2 hours. The guys explained to me the process, I received pictures of before and after and I could hear some of the stuff being sucked out of the ducts. The two guys were professional and cleaned up, I would definitely call DUCTZ again and refer the company to anyone who asked.

GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE! 4 stars over all to Aspen because I have been an Aspen customer for almost 30 years. I get my furnace serviced EVERY single year. This shocked me. I had to do a my furnace doesn't work properly to get my normal service with in 8 days. The installation was scheduled and installed within 48, the techs arrived on time, were courteous of my home and pets, and made the whole process smooth. McCully came back today for a recheck. We made an appointment to get an estimate. A knowledgeable member of the Steele Team arrived on schedule and reviewed our options. A few days later we received the estimate, one that was lower than an earlier estimate we had received from a competitor, and we approved the job. The following week the installation crew arrived and put in the Breeze 33 system, including the air conditioning unit, 8 ducts strategically positioned in bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas, an air handler (installed in the hallway ceiling), and the outdoor unit behind the house. The crew was excellent and got the job done in a single day. They meticulously cleaned up after themselves -- actually, they did better than that, vacuuming the stairway cleaner than it was before they came and repositioning personal items in rooms that might be impacted by falling dust from the drilling. Our experience was great. Now we're set for whatever inferno this summer has in store for us. Highly recommended!
