The store recently remodeled, so now all purchases, returns & Amazon returns are at the same area. I have done Amazon returns recently, and learned that they are completed at register 1 only, and the other associates handle kohls purchases & returns. There was one person in line, and I asked them if they were doing an Amazon return, and they said no. I then asked them if I could go ahead as they are only done at register one, which they agreed. and approached register one. I asked the associate named Kevin is this where you do Amazon returns, he said yes. But you need to get back in line and wait your turn. And told me to go back to the line, to which I did and more people joined the line. I then waited my turn, another 5-7 minutes, and Kevin did not assist any customers during that time. I was called to register 8, and told them I was doing an Amazon return, and they told me I needed to go to register 1, where Kevin told me he cold now assist me. I asked him why he couldn't assist me previously, when he never assisted any other customers while I waited in line. He said he was not going to help a non paying customer before a paying customer. That was extremely disrespectful and I let him know I spent plenty earlier in the day and was back to spend more. He scanned one of my barcodes, and told me I was done and was annoyed when I told him there was 2 separate items. I asked him to get me a manager as I was not happy with how I was being treated. He told me he was the manager, and the only one working, even though his name badge did not say manager. I told him I wanted the number to customer service and told me I could look it up online. I told him to write it down for me. He refused and stormed away from the desk. I never received my Amazon return confirmation and do not even know if it was completed. I'm so frustrated. They obviously don't care about their customers. I do a lot of Amazon returns there, and almost every-time I buy clothes for my family

We went to Kohls expecting to do some jewelry and handbag shopping. To our surprise there was…read morehardly any jewelry or handbags. What happened?! Very disappointed. We then looked in the women's plus section. Again, hardly anything and what was there was really ugly. Why can't you carry fashionable clothes for all sizes? We've noticed that the clothing quality has been less than satisfactory. It will be a long time before we shop Kohls again.

I just don't get the rude employees. On our visit today, there was only one person working & she was not helpful at all. We were the only customers in the store. Maybe that's a sign. We came for pins. The Ann Arbor MI location is such a crowded store & that's usually why we visit this location. More room to look. You know what are getting---cheap, expensive junk. It's like 1980 threw up. But the prices are insane for the terrible quality of items. We've washed items only to have them fall apart on the first wash--and not in the dryer either. But if you need kooky, that's the store. Another issue is if a price is listed on items, that's what it should be right? The label on the pin display states---buy two get one free. Great. But oh wait, I had the employee tell me that's an old sticker, that sale is not going on, & she can't move the sticker, well because it's a sticker & is stuck to the display case. Um, what??? That has been a sale for as long as I can remember. But, you can't cover up a sticker with a piece of paper? Or with another sticker of the same size? I would think, you are advertising the sale-it should be honored. But again, I know what type of store I was in. Once again, the terrible customer service & overpriced items is what will keep me away.

The time before this that I tried to sell, Jocelyn told the other young lady who was inputting my items (as I was literally sitting right by the window, in front of the buy counter), "vaule everything. It's not good anyway.", then smirked at me and walked away. I'm fully aware they have to buy items as needed, dictated by inventory... however, maybe they wouldn't be SO overloaded if they didn't buy items from people who support sweatshop operations like Shein. And walking through the store.. I wasn't impressed. This time, I was met by Ally and another associate who was going through someone's items. Rae said she would be right with me after she got another customer a fitting room, and as I waited Ally mumbled something I didn't hear. Then she snapped at me and said, "I can get you over here!" I walked over, she said that it would be about a half hour... five minutes later, I get a text. They wanted to take ONE item for $1.25. I'm not going to sit here and say all my items are flawless, name brand items.. but they're cute clothes and in great shape! It kinda looks like she set the basket aside and didn't even go through it. Quite frankly, I wouldn't go here unless you have either top end brands (but not too top end, because they "can't afford to buy those in") or fast fashion items, made from children in sweatshops.
