Today, Ashley let us know they refuse to make copies under 250 sheets. Apparently the empty parking lot is a facade and unlike EVERY OTHER SMALL BUSINESS in the USA, they don't want business. Ashley suggests Office Depot, they are a better printer/copier service. When this business closes, congratulate Ashley for sending people to their competitors!!!

The owner took the phone to inform me, a new customer, that she was 'uncomfortable' taking a PDF file for my job, graphics inset and fonts converted to outlines. I've been a designer and in print production at print shops for eight years - I know what does and does not work ripping to a press, because I've been the one who has had to deal with it when it goes wrong for a long, long time. Getting an 'I don't trust you' on the front end, directly from the owner, after unilaterally seeking this print shop out to start a business relationship was unprecedented in my experience. The images of their shop setup look solid - they might be a great bet for quality workmanship, but I can't know that.

From small items to large, inexpensive to high dollar, and fun to classy, this store has it all. So many times I receive compliments and inquiries about where I've purchased an item and it's almost always regarding items I've purchased at I've Been Framed. I've had many pieces of art framed here as well and the work is always 5 star. The owner is always ready to help and has an eye for making your piece look its best and remain within your budget. My sister, who lives 1200 miles away, solely uses I've Been Framed for her custom framing as she is unable to find a local framer who can compare. I love the small boutique feel of this store and try to shop local as much as possible. While your shopping around town be sure to stop by this place. It won't let you down!
