IF they actually make it in-house it will be made with out-dated, barely functioning printers and worn equipment; but most likely they will just outsource it and price hike it unfairly and too high! There are much better choices out there, online and locally, that will be much more knowledgeable and skilled at printing and designing your project. The people in charge of this place definitely do not support local, they treat their customers slightly better than their employees and that's not saying much, and they have zero knowledge of Fine Art. The motto here is "Quality Printing and Design," take that with a grain of salt! There is no quality control here! Go somewhere with people who understand and appreciate art, artists, and most importantly, their community! This is a VERY poorly managed "print shop". BUYER BEWARE!!

I know a drag performer who told me the Main Drag Print Shop employees attended their shows often. To say I'm disappointed and upset is such an understatement, my camera on my phone was broken and I…read morestopped in after work one day and asked if they do phone repairs. They said of course they do and proceeded to take a look at my phone. They then told me they could fix it no problem, just the replacement wouldn't have the apple logo on the back of my phone. I was completely fine with that and went ahead to pay for the replacement piece and bring it in the next morning before work since they said they had a drop box for such things. Turns out there wasn't even a drop box besides for shipment packages and it wasn't even locked from the outside. So the next day I got around to turning it in and after 2 hours they let me know it was finished. I stop in to pick it up and once I walked out I notice the back of my phone was falling off! I became very frustrated and went back in to let them know and they took it back. A few hours later I stopped back in and they gave me my phone, AND IT WAS STILL MESSED UP. All around both of the camera lenses was a gap that you can clearly see into the components of my phone which I am deeply worried about dirt getting stuck in and ruining or messing with my phone. All in all, I am very disappointed and frustrated with this establishment. If I could, I would rate 0 stars... but I had to put 1 so I can leave a comment.

But when we contacted Capital Imaging about reprinting that piece with the error fixed, they gave us a great break on the reprint, even though the reprint was to fix our error. Amazing! The piece looks great on our nursery wall. I absolutely recommend Capital Imaging for all your printing needs, great or small.
