Still waiting on my Charming, but that's beside the point ;) I needed to print a shipping label and found their website allows you to upload anything you want to print. Perfect. I planned to send over my stuff ahead of time so I could do a pick up during my lunch break. A message box is provided for you to indicate any specific instructions for the staff to follow while making your prints. They sent a confirmation email when my label was printed only 10 minutes later or so after my upload and let me know it was ready for pick up. I walked over during my break and paid the 10 cents/copy rate. In and out in just mere minutes! There was no line and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Definitely coming here in the future for any printing needs!

IF they actually make it in-house it will be made with out-dated, barely functioning printers and worn equipment; but most likely they will just outsource it and price hike it unfairly and too high! There are much better choices out there, online and locally, that will be much more knowledgeable and skilled at printing and designing your project. The people in charge of this place definitely do not support local, they treat their customers slightly better than their employees and that's not saying much, and they have zero knowledge of Fine Art. The motto here is "Quality Printing and Design," take that with a grain of salt! There is no quality control here!
