First off I went in on the Friday before the holiday. I knew my printing would be something that…read morewould take a while so I said I was in no rush and could pick it up on Tuesday. The man behind the desk was rude and snippy to customers. I took in a full sheet of paper. I said I wanted it cut in half and the information back to back so it was a half sheet. Then I wanted it laminated and a single hole punch at the top. I arrived on Tuesday to pick it up and they had put one side the correct way (with the HOLE PUNCH on top) and when you flipped it over, the writing was upside down. Once flipped the correct way, the hole punch was OF COURSE on the bottom. The worker tried a feeble excuse at making it my fault. However, I told him I'd told the previous worker that I wanted it double sided (which in and of itself tells you what I want) but COMMON sense would then say if there is a hole this is LIKELY something that will be hung up. So how could it be usable if one side is upside down. That was yesterday morning. I called today and he said we are working on the laminating and it "should" be done by tomorrow. $250 for 95 copies. I am okay with the price simply because the labor in office would equal that. However, I will never come back to this Kinko again to fulfill the printing needs of my company. Ever.

Each time the staff has been unhelpful, short, unknowable and seemingly annoyed customers are there whether there was one person or five. I am not one to complain to management, but I download yelp just to share how upsetting my experiences have been. This is the third and final time I will use this location, possibly UPS in general. I would leave 0 stars if the app allowed. I understand the price gouging being that they aren't the post office and offer being open 7 days a week, that's fine. But the experience should be at least neutral most of the time. Take your business elsewhere.

They were friendly and the turnaround was extremely fast. With great excitement, we picked up the work and took it home, preparing to hang it. Before we were able to get it on the wall, we discovered an error in one of the three pieces. This error was ours...entirely our mistake. But when we contacted Capital Imaging about reprinting that piece with the error fixed, they gave us a great break on the reprint, even though the reprint was to fix our error. Amazing! The piece looks great on our nursery wall. I absolutely recommend Capital Imaging for all your printing needs, great or small. It's fun being able to support a local business, their work is excellent, and they know how to do business well.
