I booked my appointment very last minute - just two weeks before the wedding - and was so relieved when Kelly offered to have it completed with one week of drop-off (other tailors required a 3-4 week turnaround time). The dress was completed as promised and fit perfectly. I really enjoyed the cozy home office atmosphere as well. I'll definitely be back!

She has hemmed several pieces of my renfaire garb, including a very thick and unique cloak. She also suggested putting a hook and eye on the closure, which was a simple tie, and which was an excellent and insightful improvement. Most recently, and the main reason I am writing this review, I brought in a medieval skirt that I thought was too long. She told me I was wearing it too low, and after a few quick adjustments, it did not need to be hemmed after all. She was honest and taught me how to make my garb look sharp. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs work from a pair of pants hemmed to something more intricate and unique. I know I will continue to come to the Golden Needle for years to come.

I had stopped into Men's Wearhouse in the past, and the service was very bad to say the least. I went to the mall to get some cloths for my upcoming interviews with no plans of stopping into Men's Wearhouse but found myself in there. I was greeted by a very friendly employee who introduced himself as Jeff and after telling him my dilemma of recently losing my job and limited money to spend he patiently listened to my story and right away started putting some outfits (mostly clearance items) together for me. Jeff Neal (I asked for his business card) was very kind and gracious, and really seemed to care. I am forever grateful. I will be shopping at Men's Wearhouse again.
