I really didn't need any prices tbh. Anyways. Brought my comforters to wash in the washers. Had my twin babies with me. Left for 45 minutes since they needed a nap. Washer took about 30 MN? When I returned, my belongings were out. Which is cool. No worries. Keep in mind .. the place is large with many machines. Owner angrily confronted and yelled at me for leaving. Reason was he didn't want someone to come in and not have a washer to use. Understandable -- BUT HERE's THE KICKER. THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NOONE IN THERE WHEN I GOT THERE AND NOONE IN THERE WHEN I CAME BACK!! This guy didn't just yell at me, he literally berated me and treated me like a thief! DO NOT SUPPORT this BUSINESS!! Holy moly. I was flabbergasted at his demeanor and his treatment of a respectable paying customer.

I took some pants into have hemmed with cuffs. I got them back the next day and they were multiple folds of the fabric creating a big and heavy bunch of fabric at the end of my pants. I asked them to correct it and they tried. They sewed them with a very small cuff which was crooked. In addition, it hadn't been pressed and the cuffs folds were sloppy. Finally, I found a stain on the pants. When I called customer service I was met with arrogance and difficulty. They refused to accept responsibility for their mistakes. They went so far as to say that I didn't know how big cuffs should be. I told them that in the four decades of wearing a suit I've never had this many problems with a pair of pants. Although I like their dry cleaning, their alterations are a problem.

He wanted to argue with me about "saving dryers" and when I informed him that my wash load was done & I was about to load the dryer, he continued to argue with me. He even got mad at me for supposedly "hovering over a cart & not wanting to share." I had clothes in this cart which had come from a washer & were being loaded into a dryer. This guy has no concept of customer service whatsoever. He shouldn't be in the customer service industry; he would be better served as a security guard on graveyard shift in a storage warehouse. They provide additional services so make sure to check their website. The washer and dryer machines are fantastic (Huebsch). Roughly 23 minutes in the washer! I'd recommend downloading the app as you can pay and receive credits for each washer/dryer cycle. The app will also show how many machines are available and the remaining time left in the cycle.
