I've always been fond of Baryames' dry cleaning; however, I had a very bad experience with the seamstress at the Creyts location as well as customer service. I took some pants into have hemmed with cuffs. I got them back the next day and they were multiple folds of the fabric creating a big and heavy bunch of fabric at the end of my pants. I asked them to correct it and they tried. They sewed them with a very small cuff which was crooked. In addition, it hadn't been pressed and the cuffs folds were sloppy. Finally, I found a stain on the pants. When I called customer service I was met with arrogance and difficulty. They refused to accept responsibility for their mistakes. They went so far as to say that I didn't know how big cuffs should be. I told them that in the four decades of wearing a suit I've never had this many problems with a pair of pants. Never been to a cleaners in my life. Baryames was super friendly and answered all my questions. Only about 55$ to clean a down comforter and it came back clean as the day I bought it. Apparently they also offer a home pickup/drop off which is honestly phenomenal. I haven't used it yet but the fact they do it at all is awesome. I'm going to give 3 stars for ok..... they get the job done in no time but I took 7 shirts and a couple of shirts that I pointed out needed special attention came back with missing button and stain still there. Prices are high unless you catch a sale. Which is hit and miss. I could be wrong but $57.00 for 7 shirts I could have just replaced them..... I thought I was saving money going here. NOT..... Will I use it again probably, when I'm in need of a quick service.... but I am shopping around. read more

I love this location! You can drive around the back and they'll come out to pick up your order or bring the finished order out to your vehicle. I have been very happy with everything I've had cleaned here. All of the employees with whom I've interacted have been friendly and professional. Service and prices might be OK, but the entire point of a dry cleaner is to clean and press. On that note this place is a failure. All my shirts have come back wrinkled, some of which had deep creases that were not easy to iron out. Will never go hear again. read more

I've been using Baryames' dry cleaning services for 30 years. Prices are competitive. I take advantage of their weekly specials, and the coupons on their website. For the past 20 years, I've been going to the same location, on West Saginaw. I've always had excellent service, and no issues with any items I've had cleaned. They're very good at letting me know right up front if a stain might not come out, or if there will be a problem with a particular fabric. Highly recommend this company and this location. read more

I appreciate being able to use the drive through so I can quickly drop off and pick up my dry cleaning without having to take my children out of the car. My clothing is always returned in excellent condition. My only complaint is that I don't automatically get the weekly special applied, and I forget to ask. This should be automatic. read more

I will NEVER trust this dry cleaners again. Horrible customer service. The front desk gal couldn't look me in the eyes, never apologized, and ultimately seemed uninterested in my issue. I sent a comforter to this location that had ONE nail polish stain on it. I picked it up and the ONE spot grew to THREE large separate stains. Again, no apology, no excuse or reason, and no customer service from the worker. As a first time customer, I was embarrassed for this establishment.
