Still waiting on my Charming, but that's beside the point ;) I needed to print a shipping label and found their website allows you to upload anything you want to print. Perfect. I planned to send over my stuff ahead of time so I could do a pick up during my lunch break. A message box is provided for you to indicate any specific instructions for the staff to follow while making your prints. They sent a confirmation email when my label was printed only 10 minutes later or so after my upload and let me know it was ready for pick up. I walked over during my break and paid the 10 cents/copy rate. In and out in just mere minutes! There was no line and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Definitely coming here in the future for any printing needs!

They were friendly and the turnaround was extremely fast. With great excitement, we picked up the work and took it home, preparing to hang it. Before we were able to get it on the wall, we discovered an error in one of the three pieces. This error was ours...entirely our mistake. But when we contacted Capital Imaging about reprinting that piece with the error fixed, they gave us a great break on the reprint, even though the reprint was to fix our error. Amazing!
