five stars!!! i'm a big fan of the ups store in fenton and…read moreespecially kristen who along with her husband and children serve fenton and the surrounding areas. recently, i took my final four tickets to be shipped to minneapolis for the big game and somehow, ups lost them. mind you, ups made a mistake (not the ups store) and by the time the tickets were located , the game was over and the tickets were worthless. ups repeatedly said they were at fault but refused to take responsibility for my loss. it was frustrating to have them repeat back to me that they had made the mistake that cost me almost $1,800. it wasn't until i spoke with kristen that things started to turn around. she represented me to ups, fought my case all the way to the top and when her best efforts with them yielded no refund, she (the fenton ups store), refunded my entire loss at their expense! i'm forever a raving lunatic fan and will tell everyone who listens that you can trust the ups store and it owners as people who know how to take care of their customers like few businesses ever will. thanks for all of your help! i'm a customer for life jim wiegand fenton

She even told us she would NOT let us in and that "they are closed", again it was only 4:26pm. We've all been in her shoes and want to go home after a long day but customer service is important and it's unacceptable to lock the doors early and refuse to service the public!

So Tuesday the 4th I started calling the store (as I work a hour away from this location and not available to go there while their opened) between Tuesday and Wednesday I called 17 times with leaving a message 3 of those times, requesting a call back on Thursday I've yet to receive a call back. So when I went in Curtis "The Manager" is rude, wasn't helpful and doesn't care about any customer except who is walking thru the door to raise his revenue and refuses to give his superiors number out. I have spent money to ship my package which is school uniforms to get them exchanged before school starts now I'm sitting here with no uniforms and past the exchange date. I will NEVER SHIP from this location again! I went back in 2 weeks later, inquired with Curtis. He said he just heard back from corporate because their system was down. If there's any issues he would contact me. On 9/3 I called the store of course no answer then I called corporate again and I filed the claim because it STILL wasn't done. The manager (and owner I think) was thorough and helped me complete necessary paperwork before he carefully wrapped my goods with bubble wrap and put it in the shipping box. The international shipping prices are not cheap. However, the gentleman who took care of my order gave me a generous discount which I really appreciated. The building is clean, organized and it seems relatively new. There are desk top computers with printer access available for rent. There is a private parking lot in back of the building and plenty of street parking is also available. I highly recommend Post Express for your domestic and international shipping needs.

Lines that go on forever, and are so slow that a bottle Heinz ketchup flows twice as fast. Thankfully, a friend of mine told me about this place on M-17, just west of Golfside Road. I needed to mail a package to my friend in Tokyo, so I went to the local post office on my day off, and there had to be nearly 50 people waiting in line. Then I remembered Goin' Postal was right near a specialized grocery store that I really like on M-17. So I left the line behind and drove out west of town. Was I ever lucky, I was the only person in line, and after I filled out my customs forms, purchased some stamps I was right out the door in less than 10 minutes. The staff at this place is very friendly and gave me several shipping options to choose from. I can just imagine as I drove home, most of the people in that line at the local post office were still waiting in line to be served. That said, I was amazed that my package arrived within a week. I highly recommend this place, as they are faster than the local post office, and they don't have the attitude that some of the postal workers have.
