Such a degrading experience! I was in to complete fingerprints for my new childcare center and get some quotes on bulk advertising and my new business brochures but was GREETED with such hostility that I wouldn't do business there if they were paying ME! The fingerprinting service was separate so may have been hostility intended for their business but lost my business in the process. Told me to get out and go around back for the fingerprinting, so I walked around and went in the back which brought me to the same place and then told me to get out again and move my car! I asked if there was handicapped parking in the back to Which he said no but I still have to move my car to the handicapped spot. So this guy literally had me go take the ONLY handicapped spot when there was not a single other car in the whole parking lot just to be difficult. I'd say whatever makes his day but he was just a miserable human being. Needless to say, I did not get pricing from him for my printing needs. read more

I had an appointment for fingerprinting. When I showed up on time for the appointment, the door was locked. There was a sign saying the system was down, and call a number. The Goin Postal never notified me the place was not working. I then drove an hour to next closest place to get fingerprinted. Terrible customer service!!!!! read more

Been using Goin' Postal for about 7 years now. They are Fast & Efficient, I'm usually in & out the door in less than 5 Minutes. They give you all the options & prices for sending a package then let you make the call. Never had a Lost Package when using Goin' Postal. Might be the least-friendly experience I've ever had at a business! There wasn't anybody there when I got there and I think I figured out why pretty quickly. I'm still not quite sure they did what I asked them to do--I just wanted to get out of there. read more

I use this place All the time because they are never busy so there is never a line and the couple that own it are awesome.... however I pay for a tracking # and they sometimes offer to email it to me. It would be nice if you left with the tracking number. I love them though. read more

A week or so ago, I accompanied my younger brother here to get his fingerprints done. I really hope it's the last time I have to step a foot near this junkyard. Goin'Postal Fenton is dingy, dirty, and an eyesore in that otherwise nice Fenton plaza. The owners seem burnt out, white-trashy, and overall not the sharpest crayons in the box. I quickly returned to my car to wait after being in that hole for a minute-it smelled like weed, and it was very dark, dusty and cluttered. When my brother returned to the car, he was pissed because one of the owners, Mike, belittled him the whole time he was in there and treated him like he was an idiot. Oh sorry MIKE that this adult, may I mention, medical student, does not know everything about the operations of getting fingerprints done. What a judgemental, condescending prick, but Im sure youve heard that before. I do feel bad for you, because your life's accomplishment is a worn-down, sad attempt of a business, which will hopefully be closing in the next year. Do not give this "business" another penny. My parents are Fenton natives and have stopped mailing with Goin' Postal because they are frequently overcharged or have had packages lost, and then have to deal with the owners who could never possibly be wrong! Stick to UPS people, and if you need your fingerprints done, you can find a lot of other places that would be happy to take care of you. Lucia and Mike's business is one my family has frequently had unpleasant experiences with, and I'd like to warn everyone considering business with them now too. The owner's behave like they were raised by animals, they probably never vacumned that dump in their life, and their services are a rip-off. I plan on writing a similar review for this place in the Fenton local paper. You have been rude to my family for too long, and I look forward to the day your dump of a store flies its "Out of Business Sale" sign. read more
