WOW!!!!!!!!!!! HUGE shout out to Wendy from Print & Marketing!!! Our business, the Backyard Oasis…read morePond & Garden Center, recently opened a new location and went through a branding overhaul. On top of that craziness we had an expo around the same time. Wendy went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of and that we would have everything our small business needs to succeed. She walked us through every step, explained opportunities for small businesses with Staples we didn't even know existed, and even stayed after to make sure everything was right with our order. Mike was also very helpful in this process. We are honestly soooooo impressed and plan on using them over online printing for the foreseeable future! HIGHLY recommend that you check out how Staples can help your small business because we were blown away!!!

We are so happy we found Burton Digital Printing for all of our wedding prints! I was never sold on…read moreordering through online wedding websites -- the prices were high, and you never really know what you're getting until it's too late. When we reached out to Dave at Burton Digital, he immediately stood out. He took the time to print multiple samples right on the spot so we could see different colors, designs, and fonts in person. The communication throughout the process was so easy and quick -- truly above and beyond. Despite the large number of prints we needed, everything was done so fast and with such care. Even when I asked last-minute for a few extra signage items, Dave didn't hesitate and had them ready in no time. The quality of everything was incredible, and the price honestly couldn't be beat. We're so grateful to have found a local business that not only delivers amazing work but also genuinely cares about their customers. We'll definitely be using Burton Digital Printing again and can't recommend them highly enough!

I recently…read morewent into the store to just turn in used ink cartridges to recycle and get my rewards for doing so. I wasn't sure if the cashier who waited on me was the same one who is always so picky and rude because she didn't have a mask on. Turns out, unfortunately, it was her when she wouldn't give me a plastic bag to put the ink carts I was going to turn in. I had a bag full of my own and just wanted to kindly put only ten of them in a store bag to hand in. This cashier refused for some stupid reason and then insisted she take my bag and get them out herself, and I adamantly told her no. She got so rude with me and I said never mind, I'll get someone else to help me. I gave her my feedback and told her she has the worst customer service skills, and this cashier was so bad, she yelled back to me that I was a terrible customer! What a bad mouth on her! No employee should ever talk like that to a customer!! I told the employee at the service desk what the cashier did and found out her name is Retta. I have complained about her before but never knew her name. I asked for the Office Depot District Manager's name and was told it's Jeff and I called another Office Depot location for them to have him contact me. Jeff did call me and took my information about the Flint store. I also told him of another incident with another employee who I had already complained about when I returned an item and she was going to staple my original and return receipts together and I kindly told her please no, I don't want them stapled and she gave me a hard time about that! Why? The Flint Office Depot is the very bottom of the barrel with customer service and the worst of all the central MI locations and I have only gone there just for minor transactions. Depending on which location I am in at the time, I also go to the Okemos, MI store which is top notch where the employees are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and are accountable with excellent customer service. Not Flint, that store even looks depressing and the employees never smile and just go through the motions. When I make major purchases, like recently a new printer, I bought it at the Okemos store because they are the most trustworthy.
