If it can be fixed, they will do it in a jiffy and at a low or affordable price. They didn't price gauge or try to upsell products or do extra unnecessary repairs or try to inflate what's needed. They're extremely honest, don't inflate prices and are very good at repairs. It's better than driving down to the Apple store near Detroit for any repair or tech issue and I wouldn't want to send any of my devices in for repair. I would recommend them to anyone.

In short, a warranty isn't worth much if you refuse to honor it.
