To get me out of the store (after an hour of standing there while two "managers" speak in hushed tones while trying to complete the transaction), the sales rep added an additional letter to the front of my actual email address to create my account, making it unmanageable, wasting hours of my time with support.

They price matched Home Depot online for a very nice frost free freezer. They charge $50 delivery to Oxford/Brandon and brought the freezer immediately ! They hauled away the old/broken one from the basement and installed the new freezer. There was a slight issue with my floors being scratched - the employees took responsibility, took photos, and the owner called me to discuss repair. I chose a local craftsman to repair the flooring and texted the owner who promptly reimbursed me with a check. My point is that this would have been a HUGE hassle with a big box store like HD or Lowe's. I will definitely use Reed's appliance again as we will soon be looking for a gas range, and you cannot beat the customer service at Reed's.

When purchasing I, was not asked any questions about what I needed. They are the experts, not me. When I said I needed a gas dryer, they never asked if we were using propane or natural gas. Upon delivery (which I paid for) the installer only had one size of hook up and told me that I needed to have my propane valve replaced to accommodate the 1/2 inch line he had??? He did not come prepared with alternatives. The actual line that would have worked is $30 from Home Depot. They told me to find a plumber!! was also not asked any questions about where the vent needed to be. So of course our vent is unique and the dryer vents from the side. Long story short, I need to return the dryer. I was told that not only would I have to pay for them to pick up the dryer they insisted on leaving at my house in my family room, but I would also have to pay a 20% restocking fee!!! Wow, I have to pay because their salesperson did not ask me one single question to make sure I was purchasing an appliance that would best suit our home? I thought I was paying for expertise but unfortunately not! We will never purchase another appliance from this store! If you are need of an appliance, skip this place and save yourself a huge headache!!!! If I could, I would give this place a negative rating!!
