I took my work laptop and personal laptop to him for repairs because his gimmick is he will come to you and I work in Flint, so I felt it would be easier than looking for some other consultant. Okay, he does, but I wish that I had not used him. I found him online and wasn't sure but he assured me I would be happy with his services and he quoted me a basic figure after telling him the type of service I would need. Long story short, I got a creepy vibe from him and I didn't feel like I could trust him with important information stored on my computers but went through with the work on them despite my reluctance. He seemed rude and continued to go off topic, ranting about politics and he let me know what he thought of the upcoming election and Hillary Clinton. What the hell was he doing? I had made brief passing mention that I prefer Ms. Clinton and he started talking about weird misogynistic comments, making me feel extremely uncomfortable. He stared at my chest, kept on with his weird rambling and talked about things unrelated to the computer repair. He is no technician. He was rude, had a weird leer and didn't seem to know very much about computer tech work. I think my step daughter's new boyfriend knows more. I should have asked him to do it. I am very worried about the work and had to clean all files and change all passcodes afterward. I am shocked I managed to get away from this guy to begin with. I wasn't sure I would get home to my family after encounters with this man. Not only does he seem to be a fraud and not knowledgeable about computers and tech upgrades, he is rude and condescending and gave off an aura that creeped me out. I don't think a woman should consult with him alone. UPDATE this guy just threatened me with litigation on a Yelp compliment sent to me. I still have it and have reported him to yelp for threats and harassment.
